★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are scam artists, I brought my car there for an ICBC claim, and they didnt even inspect the car, made up there own story about what happened, and took pictures that were not asked for from icbc, my adjuster was not happy when she found out they were going against her requests. They don't actually listen to what you tell them and they fill in the blanks with info they make up??? Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair and Honest. I brought my car in after a minor battle with a high curb. They did the job for the price quoted and it was invisible once finished. They also provided a loaner which some places don't do anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These folks are great. Very courteous, friendly staff. They were able to accommodate my request, and they even had my vehicle fixed and ready within the business week. Dropped off on a Monday, and picked it up on a Friday. They did quality work as well. The paint job, and the glass work seems to have been done correctly as the lines are seamless, and the glass does not leak. They provided a decent courtesy car too, 2019, turbo. Much better than crapsman collision or whatever other repair shop chain that would try to stuff you into a Yaris or some other limp noodle. Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this shop for my icbc claim to repair my mustang cobra that had front end damage the owner Najib took very good care of my car he did a flawless job was very happy with there service I highly recommend this shop to anyone that has any icbc claims or body work ... they do professional work !!! No complaints .. will use them again for any future work 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience working with this auto body shop was terrible. I took my car for a body repair front right side. I was directly dealing with the owner Najib which seems to be nice at the beginning. When I was picking up my car there was a warning on dash that the front parking light not working. First he did not want to accept the light that he completely changed has deficiencies ($1400 for light - $8000 in total for body, suspension, light and wheel). After he accept, it took him one month to fix this issue bringing the excuse that it is not available in the market. \
Two weeks later, I heard a noise on the wheel that he fixed. When I returned to his shop, again he was not accepting that there is an issue with the suspension or wheel then he asked his apprentice to test and he confirmed there is an issue and noise in the front right wheel exactly where he fixed. Without any investigation, he started bringing any excuses that this is not related to his repair and he is not responsible. I asked to give me a list of parts he changed and he refused to do so.
All in all, this place does not take any responsibility of their work after you leave their shop. They might be slightly cheaper, but not worth it. Najib is very nice when he wants to get the work, However, when it comes to post deficiency of his work, he turns to be stubborn and very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy I took my car to excell auto body the owner is so Profesional and easy to deal with and makes this process alot easier. I got my entire car painted here and I'm happy I got recommended here. My car is a 2004 and it looks brand new I kid you not and the office ladies are so helpful and they are easy on the eyes too. I am not related to anyone here nor do I own shares I'm just telling you the truth and it would be a mistake not taking your ride here
