β β β β β Tarek and his guys moved our family in together from multiple apartments (incl. an upright piano) in one day. The fixed price they quoted was best quote we got, and I was very happy with the service. Tarek took full responsibility for any complications on the day. I'll certainly contact them again for any other moving needs, and refer them to my friends.

β β β β β From the first contact, they made it easy to book, confirm and schedule my move. 1 Pro did a praiseworthy job moving me from Burnaby to the new location.They handled the moving assignment like consummate professionals. They made sure that our prized piano was well protected with blankets for our relocation, and they were careful with my new floors. Many thanks go out to the crew for their attention to detail and for the care and concern the movers had for all of my valuable belongings!

β β β β β I was let down by another company in Burnaby, but 1 Pro quickly responded to my request and scheduled me for an appointment with their movers that same day. Despite the terrible weather in Burnaby, the three young men who came out were extremely polite and efficient. They completed all their moving and packing tasks very quickly. They are truly appreciated. This company is a great choice. I hope I don't have to move again in a very long time, but if I do, they will be my first call. We are grateful to 1 Pro Burnaby Movers

I was shopping around for movers for a while, and 1Pro moving was the best and most reasonably priced area company I could find.No hidden fees, they were upfront with moving costs. I do not recall all the names of my movers but they were three fantastic dudes - very communicative and easy to work with. Super efficient, highly professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. Would hire this company again

I was comparing movers for a few weeks, and 1 Pro movers were the most professional and had competitive pricing as well. No hidden costs/they were upfront with all moving charges. I am unable to remember the names of my individual movers but they were three amiable and hard-working blokes - very easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with.Very competent, professional movers, and highly aware of what they are doing.
