★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute joke of building management, poor security system causes only inconvenience, and fails to keep the property safe. Their intercom constantly malfunctions and takes weeks if not months to be repaired. Few tenants constantly steal packages from other tenants. This is unacceptable.

Strange things always happen: packages get stolen, girls pick up unknown guys, someone always performs horrible banging noise... And the strata council only tells you to *TOLERATE* but can't deal with anything. Think twice before you want to buy. Think twice!
