★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Bonsor community centre is right across. Close to the Mall. About 7-8 mins walk to skytrain station. Rancho is taking strata management company. Gym, hot tub & sauna meeting room on the Lobby level; party room and roof top garden on the 43rd level. Come up and enjoy the view!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just an FYI to anyone who is looking to rent or purchase a unit at this building: the elevators in the past 2 years that I have resided here tend to break down every 3-4 months, if not more. Thyssenkrupp, the company who is suppose to “fix” the elevator are incompetent, and they take weeks to fix the elevators. The buzzer also breaks down regularly. This past winter, it froze over whenever the temperatures dropped. During Christmas time it was broken for over a week. A couple months ago, the buzzer was also broken, again. Frustrating for those who do online shopping like myself. In more recent times, Strata Council has banned food delivery from going up to your unit to leave food outside your door, which takes the point away from contactless delivery during this time of COVID-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible build quality, hot in summer, cold in winter it falls apart and the strata makes ridiculous decisions like banning deliveries from entering the building and refusing to allow electric vehicles to charge despite it being built with EV spots

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been living in this building for two years and all I can say is that it’s poorly built and designed. This year alone, the buzzer has been broken roughly every other week. It’s very inconvenient that I have to go to the post office, fedex or the ups store, especially during this time of covid, just to get my package. Elevator is always broken so I have to carry my groceries up the stairwell since it takes days or weeks for them to get it fixed. There’s always emergency water shut offs, so it’s very common that you’ll wake up one morning and you’re not able to shower. So good luck if you have an important meeting to go to that morning. Awful building. Don’t buy, don’t rent is all I can say. Anyone who says this building is great, is lying to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really convenient location - Close to Metrotown and Royal Oak skytrain, Metropolis mall, grocery stores (Superstore, T&T, Walmart), restaurants, sushi, bubble tea, dentists, Life Labs, Return-It recycling depot etc. The Bonsar community centre, field, and pool are just across the street. Beautiful view of mountains, Deer Lake, city skyline. There is a hot tub and sauna, but unusable during COVID. Granted, there were issues like others mentioned such as elevators breaking down.
