The attention to detail and craftsmanship, I am lost for words!
Kyle and the body shop guys kept ICBC from writing her off!

He quickly knew what the issue was, went to fix it right away, and knew where the issue came from. Brohan brings a wealth of knowledge and hospitality and I'm happy that I referred False Creek to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called in advance and they were happy to layout the process in a very straightforward simple manner. They were extremely accurate, communicative, precise and professional. The work itself was completed extremely efficiently and they did an awesome job!
Would 100% return (albeit hope I don't have to) and never hesitate to recommend to a friend. Super friendly service and an awesome work!

I couldn't run a business this well if you gave me all the training in the world.
I'm sorry that I forget their names, but first of all, they were SO nice.
But the work they did was amazing. The repairs to my car were not super complicated, as far as I know, but they did great work. But they ran through everything with me very well and explained it all in detail, and I honestly felt like I was treated like I was some VIP. But even waiting in their office, I can see that they handled everyone incredibly well.
My car was dirty when I took it in. I'll admit that. I hadn't been able to wash it, because I didn't want anything to get into the damaged parts, just in case it caused rust or other problems.
It came back like a brand new car. I don't even know how they cleaned it that well. Seriously, they got into every crevice and cleaned it out.
The repairs were as good as they could be, but the kindness was a great bonus, and the way I was treated with was really beyond comparison. Not fake or anything, though. These are genuinely nice people. And good at what they do. More than five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service in the Burnaby location. I don't even recall the last time I was a happy customer. I had bad luck with 2 of my cars within 2 months of time. They did a flawless job in fixing my cars and they go beyond what they do. My Camry had a claim on my front bumper and they also fixed my door seal when they noticed my seal was not fully attached to my driver's door. WOW great service. Thank you so much. Big shout out to the manager Kyle and the staff at False Creek Collision.
