โ โ โ โ โ Pretty good experience overall. Knowledgable and friendly staff with a very clean and well maintained space. Coffee and popcorn machine for customers that are waiting, and some comfy seating around the area.
They did a pretty quick job and were able to fit me in for a single tire change. Took longer than they promised though, and I had to go ask them to pay and to get my keys when I saw my car sitting in the parking lot. Also they didnโt have any all season tires in stock.
So far the tires been good and the re-torque took literally 5 minutes. Would recommend coming here for your tire needs.

โ โ โ โ โ I have had to do a few repairs here so far and I just want to say they do a really good job at making you feel welcome and confident in your work. They are honest in what needs to be done and not. They really do there best to get you the best deal they can. They legitimately warrant their work. So lets say a part in was replaced and it is defective, although they dont make the parts if those break in your labor warranty they do the labor free if was same issue, meaning even though its not their fault its lets say Toyotas for a bad part kal tire still front the bill for the labor you would have to pay for a bad part, not everyone will do this and really it has nothing to do with them but still they cover you. Not many mechanics will do that. So if you need a repair you can trust, I would go here, also maybe ask for Harpal he is an absolute gem.

โ โ โ โ โ Great location! Most Kal tire locations are. They are well trained, professional and timely. Follows good Covid protocols, respects your special requests very efficient. In Singh especially has great customer service. Will be coming back here for all my seasonal swaps, tire repairs, etc. Prices are much better than 1010!

โ โ โ โ โ Went for a seasonal changeover and was impressed by fast, friendly service. Easy to book online, nice waiting area and lots of coffee shops nearby. I was provided a great overview on the status of my tires and breaks, and what to look out for. No hidden fees or upselling. Will definitely come here for all my tire and wheel needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Paid for my flat tire $47.03. And I realized that guy brought me my tire i asked him are you guys not gonna put it on he said if you want to put it on then you have to make appointment. So i have to change my tire by myself in the parking lot. They only lie to you and trick you to get your money and in my opinion for a simple flat tire $47 is a lot to fix it. Never gonna go again and donโt recommend to anyone else. If you guys want to safe your money then try some other place. All they know well is how to charge you with 0% service.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely amazing service! Accomodating, kind, quick, and professional. I purchased tires from Kal Tire 6 months ago and I recently ended up with a screw jammed into the tread and losing air, put my spare on and called day after as soon as they opened to explain my situation. They had an appointment available within the hour, I showed up early and they took my car in. Within 45 minutes tire was patched, tires were torqued and looked good as new and all free of charge. Would definitely recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ I love Kal Tire Burnaby. They found a screw in my tires and patched it free of charge. They also rotated my tires, cleaned my car and gave me this great bag for my lug nut all free of charge. I did buy my tires from them. 10/10 for service and value.
