A big thank you to Steve for taking the time to help this desperate customer who had a flat tire just before closing time. Steve was closing up the shop just as I arrived but he took the time to do this repair for me. Very professional and thoughtful!!

First time going to Big O tire for buy 4 x new All-weather M&S tires. I called Big O Tires to get the quote with the size tire which was in my CRV and I also had quote from another tire company. They give me better price then another Tire company, so I decided to go this Big O tires. Later I got call from Big O tires telling me to confirm that tires size was little different. We came to the agreement with was recommended size, at that moment I asked twice if the tire price will change to make sure and I was told the price will be same and I need to pay $100 deposit non-refundable. Since the price was bit cheaper than other tire company and close to my place and I was happy to book appointment to get new tires and paid $100 deposit as well. Once I got at the Big O Tires, they told be more then what I was quoted over the phone. So, I told the them that you confirm over the phone twice that the price will be same and was told they did not know what I was talking about. I was upset but did not say anything since I already paid $100 non-refundable deposit and left with no choice and did not say anything at the time as I needed tires. I still like to get my difference back I will be happy to talk to someone high level management person. I will also see if I can address to the head of Big O Tires later. I like to say this to the person if someone did same thing to you how will you feel about this. Just think for a sec. I learned my lesson that never get any quote over the phone. Get the quote on paper so that there no issues after. I had bad experience with Big O Tires and disappointed with the price issue I had. Just need to more careful for next. I’ll definitely recommend Steve if you’re looking to get new tires at this location. He’s patient and decent. He gave an accurate approximation on installation time and he also explains to me how to apply tires rebates. Keep up the good work

Scammy. Came in with a screw puncture and the guy told me I was lucky because this was the only shop around that would fix a puncture close to the sidewall. But it was going to pricey, $70 they said. This set off my bs meter immediately. I took my tire down the road to OK tire, who took one look and immediately quoted $45. I guess they're not the only ones who will fix it. Don't trust a word these guys say, they will straight lie to your face to scam you out of money. Edit: nice reply. Get over yourself bud. The fact that you are acting like you are the only person in Vancouver that can safely fix a tire just shows how dishonest you are. Appreciate the veiled threat too. You're a real class act.

"Side wall damage cannot be fixed" - is not entirely true as I managed to get my car tire's sidewall damage fixed at a decent price. Great service, quick and easy. I walked in the store, waiting for 30 minutes and it was done. Kudos to the excellent turn around.

It only costs me $85 for repairing one nailed tire. Plus the manager repetitively took his time to teach me not to look at the 360 degree surround view screen when parking. He gave me a life lesson saying that not relying on the parking assistance would make me a better person than I am now. I did not realized there is so much that I could improve in my life. I came to fix my tire but I never expected to get life-saving advice today. It was a great start of lovely Saturday. Everyone in Vancouver (even other province) must visit Kingsway Big O tire to get their tire job done. I am not paid to write this 5 Star review. It is my honest opinion. Highly recommend.

This is a place that has saved my neck a few times when I needed to put in my winter tires. They are accommodating and can book you in for next day usually and even at the end of the day. To me that's paramount as I'm busy during the mornings and until the evening, compared to Canadian Tire that usually can book you in until 4 /5 days later this flexibility to me is a big thing. They are polite and have been efficient and I think their prices are reasonable. So I've been quite satisfied with them and I'm planning to keep coming back.
