A	Alicia Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lets Get Moving was awesome! The got to our place exactly when they said they would and worked super hard all-day long to get us successfully moved. While they did forget a box at our previous place, they offered to come back to pick up that box for us, no questions asked. It’s when mishaps happen that you really see the worth in a company and how they handle those mishaps. Top notch customer service, for app the reps I spoke to on the phone as well. Special shout out to our movers Mike, Geoff and Giacomo. They were professional and hard working. Our move would have been so much more difficult without them! Worth every penny.

This was the best decision we have made. Overall they made the move look stupid easy. They came on time, and even though we didn't have the elevator booked they still did their job without wasting time. They brought all the tape and supplies I needed. they disassembled all the stuff that needed to be and reassembled it at the new place. The only downside was the distance which cost the majority of the move. Overall this was the best moving company I've used by far. they were friendly and extremely professional. They didn't damage anything and were very careful with all the items. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quick and painless move.
A	Amika Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's Get Moving is by far the most professional moving company I have worked with. From beginning to end the entire process was smooth and simple. I procrastinate and I didn't have my elevator booked yet when I had made the reservation and they assured me that it wouldn't be an issue because you're allowed to reschedule your move as late as the day before the scheduled moving date with no penalties. Ericka was very helpful and the customer service team was always available to help even when I had to reschedule my move 2 days before I had initially booked. The movers who moved me we super friendly and worked really hard to move me into my new apartment before my booked elevator time expired. The best part is that they brought blankets and shrink wrap to help protect my furniture and even took care of all the dismantling and reassembling which really came in handy!! If they hadn't done that, I don't know when I would have gotten to it haha! Overall, I had an amazing experience with Let's Get Moving and will most definitely be using their services if I have a move in the future!!

Follow-up was excellent, complete with helpful information about moving. Friendly reminders of the upcoming moving date and what to expect. The movers themselves (Rasoul, Luke & Giacomo) were personable and professional, focused on customer satisfaction. Best Choice in movers I have ever made. Finally, a phone call after they finished to ensure my happiness. It was a great all around experience during a stressful time.

The customer support team was extremely responsive and worked around our requests with ease. our move needed to be rescheduled last minute, these changes were made no questions asked. Move day was a great experience, all four of our movers made the day extremely easy for myself and my family. no damages to our belongings or to any surrounding areas at either location. overall very happy with the services provided by this company. Great job guys!

They moved my 1 bedroom apartment into my parent’s basement while I prepare to travel abroad, and they made it so easy. Service prior to the move was also good and easy. I was able to reserve online. Would recommend!
