Terrible customer service. No one to speak with that can answer concerns. They changed the service we paid for after they had received the money. Fully dissatisfied , will not recommended them to anyone.

Not always the best execution, but a decent product. Wouldn't rave about the organization, but it absolutely leads to some great times.

Multisport with this organization is horrible. Amazingly disorganized and one coordinator clearly did not give two poops about making sure everything was running smoothly. On a side note basketball was okay. But multisport really soured my opinion of UrbanRec.

Poorly managed organisation. There only to grab your money and stop caring. Our soccer team had a game forfeited because the other team misserably loosed against us, and in an exemplar behaviour and showing fair play and recreational spirit, asked the representative to check our IDs. The rules call the representatives being able to ask for IDs at their discrection (never the other teams). This had never happened before in any game, nor to mention that even the representative was surprised because he had never been put in that situation before. Since we had never been asked before, not all of us were carrying IDs. Result, game forfeited. Obviously, we have been the only team in the entire league that has been asked for IDs, no one else has. That cleary responds to "representative discrection" (sarcasm). We have played against teams with more boys than allowed (as a coed league, rules call for at least two girls per team), we had goals stolen by our rivals that made us loose games, ... And we lived with it because we understand the spirti of a recreational league - a bunch of friends gathering to do some sport and have fun. Surely Urban Rec's representative was paying a lot of attention and doing his job properly when this happened... The conclusion is: Never again. Try to avoid them. They are not worth the money they charge.

Runs multiple leagues across a few sports. In the volleyball community, UrbanRec is known for being a cash grab. Poorly run leagues that are excessively expensive. Time slots are unenforced, so you may end up with less than an hour total play time some days. Admin doesn't respond often if at all, you won't know your schedule sometimes. Competition is low because most experienced players play in better run leagues. Only bright side is that usually they run leagues in nicer gyms.

The city needs to change its policies so organizations don't have a monopoly on field and gym space
