★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible atmosphere. Beautiful and calming space, and quality online offerings, as well. The team are so talented and genuine. The whole experience is welcoming, positive, uplifting, empowering, and grounding. Fantastic workouts that are such a blast you barely notice you’re working up a sweat, you’re just left feeling invigorated! You really need to give all the classes a try. Highly, highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough good things about this studio. Amazing staff, experience, venue. I planned both corporate and private events here and have been so happy. Both times I did the free movement class which is a great and fun cardio workout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently held my 40th birthday celebration here and it was super fun! Saschie, the studio owner, was very pleasant to engage with while coordinating the event. Our instructor, Karley, brought lots of fun and energy to our Freedom class. The class was well-suited for all levels of experience. We loved the playlist too!
The studio space is clean, modern, and spacious with great amenities; and centrally located with guests coming from all parts of the lower mainland. I had about ten friends participating and they all loved it! We also reserved tables next door at Tacofino Ocho for post-class munchies and bevies (staff and management were great here too!) The whole event fell within my budget range. I would definitely recommend hosting a fun and engaging event here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great classes, awesome instructors and the space is just amazing. It has everything you need to have a great experience from the minute you walk in until you leave.
The good vibe and power the instructors have is contagious, 50 minutes of cardio and dancing last night was so much fun.
They have different classes, morning and weekends as well. I can’t wait to try them all!

Shae has been our leading lady, guiding us through a routine that has been fun, engaging and dynamic. She’s made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process, and we couldn’t recommend her and the studio enough! Thank you thank you ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my fave dance studio in Vancouver. The intro classes are actually intro - unlike some other studios where it's intimidating to join if you're not advance. The studio is clean, spacious and gorgeous. The vibe is very accepting and welcoming. People just have fun here. I felt comfortable with the different classes and didn't feel self conscious - because everyone was just having a great time.
