From our initial discussion through to a very speedy and successful listing and sale, Michelle was very professional , extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She developed a marketing plan for my property, and made several suggestions that would maximize my price and result in a speedy sale. Bottom line, my property sold in about 10 days after listing, and the proceeds were more than 10% over listing. Michelle you were wonderful!!!
