We needed to add 10 new coaches to our team in period of 8 weeks and because of the awesome Beacon team- we did it! I called Nicole at 5pm on a Friday in a panic and they started with us on Monday morning. They were super organized, highly professional and they were also very accountable to the targets we set out. We invited them into our Slack instance and the level of communication from the whole team was very helpful and impressive. From weekly exec summaries to daily pings when they needed context to progress a candidate. If there were ever bottlenecks it was because of me and our team, never on their side.
