Phone calls and emails are returned right away, and issues resolved without any stress. We love our new couch ( second one purchased from Novo) and we highly recommend shopping there.

โ โ โ โ โ We ordered a 3 pc sofa set from David at Novo. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect fabric (we have active cats), sofa firmness and leg colour for our needs.
Our couches were ready a little earlier than expected and the delivery guys were fast and efficient.
I was pleasantly surprised that the sofa set came with 6 beautiful matching pillows! And the legs already had a non-skid surface on it to prevent sliding all over our hardwood floors.
We are very happy with our sofa set and our whole experience with Novo. The prices are so much more reasonable with great quality than other sofa stores I checked out. (Stay away from rhe big box furniture stores.)
We will definitely go back to David when we need another sofa set.

David is a pro, never pushy and extremely patient and helpful (also, great sense of humor). His suggestions from his experience were bang on when it came to helping me pick my fabric and size of my sofa while also letting me know that I always had options. From the first time I went into the showroom it was a fantastic experience (yes even the delivery was seamless and on time!) Would highly recommend Novo Furniture for anyone looking to find the perfect piece for their home!

โ โ โ โ โ I echo the positive experience that everyone talks about in their reviews. David is a great listener and seems to be able to pair clients up with the perfect pieces for THEM. He is so familiar with the products he carries and has access to other lines as well. David is super observant too, and made several suggestions that made total sense, but were details I would not have otherwise thought of. He is not at ALL pushy, just helpful. I'd been struggling for months to come up with a combination I was happy with, and after a couple of hours, and a few texts back and forth, I was able to order what I felt were the perfect pieces for our home.
I will happily recommend Novo Furniture to all my friends and family. From the advice and exemplary service to the wide range of options to the extremely fair pricing, David and his store Novo cannot be beat!

โ โ โ โ โ David helped us purchase a new couch which we spent forever researching. After going to his store a few times we finally settled on one and we are so pleased. David offered helpful advice that helped us find the right size, fabric etc. It arrived ahead of schedule and David was very helpful with organizing delivery. Highly recommended!!
Edit: He was also very low pressure, which was appreciated. Very friendly place.

We bought a couch from David, and from the first time we entered the store, until now, we are completely blown away by the professionalism, honesty, and support he has given us in our purchase. I would even say that I have never had a customer service experience as good as this, ever. That is how highly we think of David and his shop.
