โ โ โ โ โ I've seen Jericka at TRiM salon twice for highlights and twice for haircuts. She listens, collaborates and then delivers to my expectations so that I always leave very happy! The haircuts especially have been truly excellent.
Jericka and the other staff at TRiM are cheerful and friendly, and I enjoy the salon itself too -- a lovely, relaxing space, but also functional and clean (with changing artwork, a nice touch).

โ โ โ โ โ Genuinely THE best haircut I've ever gotten. Jericka is an artist. She consulted me on what I wanted beforehand, understood everything so we were on the same page, and then delivered better than I ever thought possible. I've never had a hairdresser deliver the way she did, it was sublime and now I can't imagine going anywhere else! I can't recommend her and the salon enough.

โ โ โ โ โ I used to live and work on Main Street so I started to go to TRIM when it opened. I moved away and have not been back in about 6 years. I was surprised to see it was under different management but I really enjoyed the same calm soothing environment. The staff were all very nice and my hairdresser, Brooke really listened to what I was hoping for and bounced some ideas with me. It was great to engage in open and genuine conversations while I was there for a couple of hours. One thing I really enjoyed was their complimentary hand scrub treatment! I was given a small tray with a sugar scrub, a hot hand towel, a light hand creme and a small chocolate ?.
In the end, I felt like a million bucks. I will definitely be a returning client.

โ โ โ โ โ Trim is one of the best salons Iโve been to! Everyone is very friendly, knows their stuff, and they have a great product selection too. I even got a complimentary hand treatment while my colour was setting which was an excellent touch! Thank you so much Regi!!

โ โ โ โ โ I had a horrible experience here. I was a returning client and initially had a wonderful experience at Trim Hair Salon. I recently decided to get my hair coloured again by Brooke and it was not what I asked for. The picture I showed Brooke was a deep brown colour. What I got was blondish/light brown hair. I paid over $250 for hair that I did not ask for and it was damaged due to the excessive bleaching, that was not necessary. Not only was my hair not the colour I asked for, but Brooke blow dried my hair after and was going to let me walk out the salon with puffy, damaged hair. She proceeded to tell me that hair straightening will be an additional $15. Considering how horrible it looked, I agreed thinking it may look better, and it didn't. My hair is now fried and dead. I'm so upset because I thought I finally found a salon that was perfect. I am now dealing with extremely damaged hair which I paid so much money for. If you want a good hair salon, please go elsewhere and save your hair and wallet the damage.
