We would have given 5 stars but for difficulty with assembly of the twin over twin due to wrong instructions included, and a problem part, but the company did send replacement parts. Customer service with Rebecca was excellent, she was very responsive and delivery of the beds was seamless. Overall we’re very happy with the look and quality of the beds.

Although it took a few hours to assemble, it made me realize how well it was made. I can't wait to have the grand daughters stay over.

When I contacted them about a broken bracket on the ladder, I truly did not expect that they would come through with a replacement part and fixed it! This is way above what I expect from any furniture company--especially during this era of the pandemic. Highly impressive after-sales support and service!!

We love the Futon Couch we bought, it is very comfortable, both as a couch as well as a bed, and it looks great and is well made. Not only are we very happy with the product but we also received excellent service. When something did not go perfectly with our order (we received a bed frame that had gotten damaged, likely during transport) we received a new bed frame in a timely fashion and were treated so well!

I understand that they tried to protect the company reputatiin, but at what price? ORIGINAL REVIEW I gave to this company one star as I went through a though challenging time with this company that do not honour warranty as it's supposed to. When I pick up up the order I placed, the futon mattress supposed to be firm, as advertised in their website. But, since day 1 it was not the case as the mattress was kind of soft and not comfortable at all. I decided to give a try to this mattress for a couple of weeks ... at the end it was not working at all. As the result of sleeping on this mattress I had very bad pain in my lower back and left leg due to the fact I was sleeping on a wrong mattress (not firm). I contacted the company to request a new same model of mattress because the one I received is definitely defective. One company's representative contacted me by email and let me know that my claim cannot be received because the company doesn't accept warranty claim for comfort reason! What an excuse. I tried my best to explain that my claim isn't for comfort but truly for a defective mattress. The company's representative was stubborn and refused to honour the warranty. By hitting a wall I gave up and lost a little over $600.00

I'm seeing some real poor business conduct and aggression towards paying customers - sounds like even towards children - who have honest product feedback and going to the extent of asking them to rescind their review? Wow, I'm baffled! What kind of falsifying tactic is that? Be accountable as an owner and move on to be better. After researching and reading many of these reviews, I felt so inclined to support others in the same boat, BUYER BEWARE!!!! Please contact BBB and report this business with your honest feedback. Hopefully, then the owners can realize what they're doing and help them improve as individuals, in general. God Bless. Oh my... after reading more reviews, I see owner responded publicizing customers' personal information like emails!! That's illegal! If you are reading this, contact Google about this business!

Mattresses are also comfortable and the kids are loving them. Easy to put together with one other adult but would recommend a third when placing the Queen on top of the other Queen as you have to assemble separately.
