The shop is on my work route and as a new rider I need gear. The first time I went in it was busy & I was ignored - no harm I get it. Spent my 30 minute lunch looking & left.
Second visit same experience except the shop was dead empty.
Third visit I was ignored & when I asked for help with a specific helmet the associate was rude & dismissive. They told me to talk to somebody else, & after being ignored by that person for 5 minutes standing directly in front of them I realized the shop wasn't worth my time or money.
Maybe I was treated differently because I was in my work clothes - but I was fully willing to drop up to $1,000 on a full retail helmet today.
Unfortunatley as a new rider I don't know my size & when you have that many signs posted not to touch anything without an associates help - I'm not just going to guess.
I try to support local but at this point I won't even feel bad about buying my gear online - I tried as hard as the customer should have too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Wally the salesman was very personable, not pushy, not rushing. This is my third new bike from Daytona, my first was a 50cc scooter, then a 650cc v-star, and now a 1300 v-star. Scary going so big but I love the v-star. Hopefully this is my last forever bike but if I do buy another one, I will be back to Daytona.

My best friend/riding buddy and I were shown wonderful customer service choosing the right fit for me, from Marie and Patrick. We had a really pleasant time in store and were given solid advice from Patrick and Marie. I will definitely be returning for my moto needs, Highly recommend paying these guys a visit if you're looking for your first ride! I know I will enjoy my "new" Honda for years to come! Thanks again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to a couple motorcycle dealership in the past few months hoping to find myself a new bike for the coming spring. I've been very unsure on what type of motorcycle I wanted to get next.
And most didn't take me to serious when it came to asking questions.
I guess they didn't assume I had money in my pocket to buy right than and there.
Walking into Daytona motorsports was probably one of the best experience I had when browsing for a bike.
Patrick was more than helpful when it came to helping me with all my questions and picking out my new ride,
I was on the fence about getting super moto at first,
After some discussion he pointed in the direction of some street naked bikes
I ended up getting a 2019 sv650 and absolutely love it the second I twisted the throttle
Not only was it a great costumer service experience, but having him take the time to go thru the owner manual and show me everything I should know about my sv650 was really the icing on the cake!

I really appreciate the same-day parts replacement and availability. Their store has many models of bikes and lots of gear in stock to check out. Highly recommend paying them a visit rather than shopping online!

Fenton understood my situation and he worked with me to give me the highest quality service possible.
