β β β β β Friendly staff, work was done promptly and really helped us out when we were in a pinch. Ali was very friendly, helpful, informative, and got us back on the road quickly. Would definitely recommend, and will be back here next time we need work done.

β β β β β I have a 2018 Camry Hybrid. Around 2 weeks ago when I went to gas station to fill up my gas tank I realized that no gas is going inside and my car is rejecting to get any gas even though my gas tank was almost empty. So, I called the Toyota dealership and after explaining the situation the first thing they said was "we don't any available time anytime soon" and then they said most likely you would have to change your evaporator box which is so expensive. Then, I started to look online for a mechanic shop close to me before I ran of the gas and I found Vancouver Auto Centre. I took my car there and the ower personally came to me and told me "why don't you go to a car wash and wash underneath your car, these days we had a lots of snow and therefore solt on the ground, so most likely all these salts and snows are elevated underneath your car" so, I took his advice and washed underneath my car and the problem was solved!. Ali (the ower of Vancouver Auto Centre) didn't charged me a penny for genius and correct advice. They are so honest, caring, with a great attitude. Ali and his crew (Andy and Ross) just saved me hundreds of dollars. I totally recommend them to everyone and from now on I will go there for maintenance and repairs and tell all my family and friends to go there, too. Thanks dear Ali :)

β β β β β Iβm new in Canada. I went to oil change to this guys and they were friendly. Secondly i went for my head lights was broken. His guy start to check it for 10 minutes, replaced one of them and He said he will take a lunch break. I said Iβll come back one hour later to pick the car. He charged me 135$ for just changing the 2 bulbs. 95$ for labor which itβs not possible to take more than 30 minutes. 50$ for bulbs. Iβve asked too many places about price and total
cost of bulb change, price was between 50$ to 70$. This guys thinks they are smart. But they are unethical peoples who trying to make advantange.

β β β β β I got scammed by them, unfortunately. I am a traveller from Quebec and found them on google. They looked honest at first and I thought they made a good job, unless my mechanic from my hometown reviewed their work. First they didn't replace the filter while doing oil change, which is very unusual. Also, they charged me 1.5 hours for a job that takes around 15 minutes to do, which is to replace the left engine mount. They were also pushing for having me pay cash, under the table, without a bill. I think they took advantage of me knowing but I would take the road and wouldn't come back. They are welcome to respond to this message if willing to refund me and restore their dignity.

itβs rare to find a shop where they really put your safety first. Theyβve always looked out for us and we will be forever grateful.
Vancouver auto center has our business and I will sing their praises to anyone that needs help with their car.

β β β β β Went in with our 1992 Ford 150 yesterday and we have nothing but good things to say about this shop and their workers. Ali (the owner) was very honest and transparent about the work that needed to be done and was upfront about the time it would take so there were no surprises for us. Andy and Sam did excellent work on our truck and I canβt recommend them enough. Thank you!

β β β β β Had a great experience with Vancouver Auto Center. My car wouldn't start and they were able to take my car in about 20mins before they closed and had it ready by the afternoon the next day. They communicated very well through the whole process and kept me informed in what ended up being a challenging to determine problem. The price was very fair and worth it for the good work and expedited repair. Would definitely recommend!

β β β β β Just had my first visit to Vancouver Auto Center, Andy, couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. This was by far the most honest auto repair facility I have ever dealt with, "the show and tell" with Andy was very informative and straight forward. The service technicians completed their work in a timely manner, no standing around. All in all a very positive experience !!
