Ryan is one of the best sales person I have ever met. He provided me with a range of available options, and support me in selecting the best. This was not my family's first experience with him and won't be the last, as Ryan is a trustworthy, smart, and supportive, sales person, who you can always rely on him. I enjoyed every steps of this deal, from my first call to Ryan to the time that I drove my BMW out of the Park Shore BMW parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw this vehicle on Cargurus and sent an email to inquire more details. Carlos responded promptly and answered our questions. He arranged an hour long test drive which allowed us a good feel of the vehicle.
We love our BMW X5! Carlos made the delivery day quite special by draping the vehicle for a dramatic reveal… this made for a good laugh! Too bad we did not get pictures, but great experience overall!
The car had a few spots that needed a good clean - Carlos made every effort to get it detailed to our satisfaction. I witnessed him take a toothbrush and cloth to get into the tight spaces - now, service can’t get better than this!
Thank you Carlos and Parkshore BMW - we will be back for future purchases :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just picked up our 2016 X6 from Park Shore BMW on Saturday. Ryan Ko was so amazing to work with! He contacted me straight away, provided me with all of the necessary information and had a willingness to work with us in finding a deal. Let's just say, the deal was so good that we visited on the Friday and took home our dream car the very next day. It was a seamless and straightforward transaction! Honestly, the best experience we've had to date.
Side note: I appreciated the "presenting" of the car. My kids really enjoyed this part and it made the experience all the more better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a preowned vehicle in Vancouver and drove it back to Toronto. Carlos was the most amazing and impressive sales person I've ever met, in my entire life.
That says a lot considering that I've purchased 9 cars for myself and my family / friends over the years. I first messaged him in the AM hours and expected a reply the next day, but he responded very quickly via text message.
He answered all of my questions perfectly and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Carlos offered advice on registering the car as an out-of-province buyer, on finding affordable flights, and how to deal with tax rate differences. He even picked me up from the airport (1 hour away, in rush hour!) and stayed late at the dealership on a Friday, just to make sure everything went through smoothly.
Honestly, this was an incredible experience and I will probably purchase another car from him in the future, despite that fact that I have to drive 3 days across the country!
If I could give him 6 stars, I would. Also the other people at the dealership that he introduced me to were great. At all times, everyone made me feel as though they were working towards my best interests.
Oh, he even polished the paint, and covered it up like a new car in the showroom for a dramatic reveal. Amazing!
