My husband and I were looking to purchase an ionic 5. There’s no guest parking at this dealership and all the inventories were randomly piled up on the lot which makes navigation very hard. We drove around 3 times looking for parking and a worker from service department just pinned us into a corner and started yelling at us. I mean wow, you can tell there’s no training and definitely very bad management at this location. One way in and out, definitely a fire hazard. Minus points and Zero starts given to the dealer if we can. No gratitude and respect for the customers at all. We are at Volkswagen checking out the ID4 now. Painless parking, lots of room, really easy and friendly staff. Bravo Hunydai, you just lost a customer

This was the best experience by far I ever had in a dealership. I dealt with Fred Sahraei. I was coming over from Vancouver Island to purchase my brand new Elantra Hybrid. Fred had everything arranged and organized prior to my arrival, so there was no waiting. When Fred showed me arround my new car it is quite evident he is extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai product line. He was able to show me all the features and how to access and use them. The whole experience was great. I’d highly recommend Fred and the team at Northshore!

I went to Hyundai dealership for a safety check before I purchase a used vehicle from an owner today. Corey was super helpful, professional, knowledgeable and kind. His customer service was above and beyond. I was so impressed with him and left the dealership with great impression of Jim Pattison Hyundai!

Don't normally write negative reviews, but need to warn others about this place. Brought in my partner's car for a battery change at 9am, found out the brakes were worn down (fair enough), another hour of service (so they said). The car wasn't ready until 4pm... Communication was awful, cost was higher than quoted. They had one kid working the entire service desk, which is ridiculous. The kid was friendly and professional, just mind-blowing that they would have him attempt to run the entire thing on a busy Monday. Even calls would just get routed to his voicemail. In any case, awful experience. I do not recommend.

I recently leased a new Santa Fe from this dealership and I was beyond impressed with the quality of the service! I dont usually leave reviews but i would highly recommend this dealerahip. Ali was my salesman and he went over and above to help me get me the exact vehicle I needed, which wasn't easy considering the shortage of new cars these days! Even the service department took extra care to make sure my new car was cleaned to perfection and all the fance features were explained in detail to me. I was grateful to work with Zach on the financing too. He went through all my options in an educated and thoughtful manner so that I felt confident making the right choice to lease this vehicle He really knows his stuff and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. A great team at North Shore Hyundai and we will definitely be back! I am also looooving the new ride!

Do not buy or deal with Jim Pattison Hyundai Northshore. We put a deposit on a new vehicle decided to cancel the purchase for good reason and they would not return it. Forced to purchase!!!! The reponse was buy the vehicle or lose the deposit. No reputable dealer would do this. Rude Sales Manager. They really want your money. The vehicle is great however. Reply to Owner. You will not find this name in your system. The purchase was 3 years ago. I did not post review at the time as I accepted the outcome at the time but I assure you I was not pleased and let it go. Recently I looked at a vehicle with intent to purchase. Placed a 1000 deposit and asked if I will get my deposit back for any reason. The response was yes no problem. I discussed my experience and the response was your behavior was petty and low. I assure you it did happen and I am posting now on behalf on my experience and to share to potential customers. Black 2019 Hyundai Hybrid Preferred Dec 23 2018 purchase. I only post my reviews when warranted. I will never return. Treat people with respect! An unhappy customer never forgets.

Jim Pattison Hyundai Northshore is not what it was 3 - 5 years ago. They are always short on staff, Store manager and Financial manager are never available to talk. If you need to book a service appointment, you must pray for them to answer the phone. I tried to contact the financial services for three weeks, and I never got a callback from them. It looks like they don't care about you after they have sold the car. In my experience, I can say that the post sell is terrible. I have bought two cars in this store, but I am sure I will never go back. Thank you all for noting!!!
