★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am blown away by the service at North shore Lexus. I really felt the red carpet was rolled out for us. Kiki was our salesperson. He went above and beyond to ensure this was an amazing experience for us. He came in when it was convenient for me when I know, it wasn't for him. When we came in to complete the transaction, it was quick and efficient. I really hate it when the transaction is dragged out. I was pleasantly surprised that it took less than an hour to purchase the car, insurance and do the vehicle overview. I highly recommend both this dealership and especially Kiki. Kiki wasn't a "typical salesperson". Yes, of course he wanted to make this sale happen, but approached it in a professional, easy manner. 5 stars doesn't seem to be enough. I'm so happy with every aspect of this purchase.

Rosanna in Sales is very welcoming and customer service oriented. She made the buying experience very pleasurable. She explained all the techy features of the SUV very well, and always responded to my texts within minutes. They have made a loyal customer out of me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my ever first Lexus from Rosanna at JP Lexus NorthShore today and had a superb experience. Her dedication and patience are remarkably exceptional. She was willing to go through the trouble to find me the exact car with a particular trim that I wanted which other dealers couldn’t do AND also got me a bargain. Her customer service was first class from the beginning to the end, she even sent me a ride to the dealership to pick up the car. Her colleague, James, was also very helpful. He was extremely patient when doing my financing and took the time to answer all my questions. Oh and remember to ask him about the ceramic paint coating for your Lexus, he may surprise you with some savings. Thank you JP Lexus Northshore for making my car purchase a wonderful experience !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two cars from this dealership, same type. Around the same kilometer, both of them had misalignment issues. They fixed one, but for the second car, the service member initially told me that the reason I had the misalignment is because of a minor accident that only caused cosmetic damage to the car, and they do not fix it. I challenged him and he said he would only fix the front wheel misalignment, but he wont do anything about the rear misalignment, because of the accident. See the photo and judge it yourself. Do you think this would bring misalignment to the car? When I challenged the service member, he told me that he is absolutely sure that was the cause for misalignment (his exact words!) ! I took it to the body shop one of their sales reps recommended, and he also confirmed that the damage can not possibly result in misalignment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service ever! Great place to take your Lexus for regular check up or maintenance. My husband and I were curious about new model while we were in there. Within 30 min we sold our used car to them for best price in town, and bought a new Lexus model from that place. It took us only 1hrs to do all the buying paper work, and insurance together. Big thank you to sales person Kira Epifantsev, financial Christine, and insurance broker Sarah. Every one was very responsive, polite, and professional. Once again Thank you all for you quick, responsive and great service. Very impressive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a new car Jim Pattinson Lexus is the place to go. I’d bought a 2018 RX from them and my experience there was 10/10. Kiki from the sales department was super helpfully and a very honest person. He walked was through the car and told us everything we needed to know. Every showing us all the ware and tare on the vehicle. Unlike some other dealers Kiki at no point tried to over sell us with a newer and more expensive vehicle. Not to mention James from accounting was very transparent with the payment and all the fees. Highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to purchase a new/used car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at Jim Pattison Lexus is AMAZING!!! Make sure to see Leo Lin, he went above and beyond in taking care of my needs. I ordered a 2022 RX 450H, F3 Sport model in October 2021 and received it yesterday. I can say it was worth the wait, the vehicle is a beauty!
Fyi, I also traded in a 2016 Lexus, same model and I received a good deal.
Please be patient when ordering a vehicle from the factory as it could take up to 6 months due to the ongoing crisis surrounding the chip shortage. COVID is affecting all businesses - supply and labour shortage. The delay of the factory order is not in the dealerships control. I’m sure they want to sell as many vehicles as possible!
Will be referring all of my friends and family who are interested in purchasing a Lexus to this dealership, especially Leo!
