I've worked a lot with Kyle H at Level 10 Fitness. He's ..in a word > AMAZING! He completely changed the way I approach physical fitness and I'm forever grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Level 10 is by far the best facility in Vancouver for physio therapy. I suffered a serious Achilles’ tendon full rupture with my leg playing soccer and have tried several other places in North Vanvouver with no improvement what’s so ever in almost a year of treatment. Now it’s been less than two months and I can see massive changes and improvement to my leg and overall health. The therapist does not waste time when I arrive and we go straight to the training and treatment. Jackie is very professional and knowledgeable, she has a program every time which has never been boring. All muscles and cardio persistently engaged non stop. I really don’t mean to put down other places and am sure they serve a purpose but for those who are dedicating time and money for healing and training, LEVEL 10 is a sure bet. The place and all trainers are always active like clock work and with COVID in our lives, they are doing a great job managing that. Lastly I have to say that no matter what energy or vibration I have that day, as soon as arrive to the facility; I am full of energy and good vibes. My only regret is that I didn’t discover Level 10 from the start. Very grateful that am there now. Thank you Level 10 and thank you Jackie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice gym with nice staff, I just personally wouldn't recommend for it unless you are doing personal training with them OR you are already very fit/an athlete. The clients and staff are fine, but it does feel very intimidating at times if you are working out on your own. Much more than other gyms that I have been to. There is always this feeling like you are in someone's way, or that you are interrupting a personal training session/class, or that you don't "belong". The facilities are great, it's just not the right environment for me.. but it may be right for you.

I am not a member of the gym itself, but I am lucky enough to be working closely with my reputable personal trainer, Christian Knills who is based there and who has really been helping me reach my goals! All the staff at this location are phenomenal! Although I don't know them personally, I am very aware of how each trainer works with their clients. They all seem to be very knowledgeable in regards to fitness and nutrition. The gym itself is very clean and well maintained, the location is good too. I'm pretty happy to be part of Level 10 community. When you surround yourself around people who are successful and want you to succeed, you do just that. Thanks Level 10 for being awesome. ❤️
