★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered their special take out dinner for two for my anniversary and we reheated it according to the instructions and it was by far one of the best meals we've ever had. The flavor was out of this world and such a wonderful meal. Highly recommend Louis and his team :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Louis Gervais cater an event for 150 in my backyard - August 2021. It went off impeccably. Staff were professional, food was exquisite. They organized it all - rentals, staff, set up and clean up. I highly recommend and will use again.

We have had incredible meals of all sorts from Louis over the years -- take out, eat in, catered at our home as well as the home of friends, and have always been extremely impressed with quality and value. We had braised beef short rib from Louis last night and it was delicious and the portions were huge! Will continue to be huge fans of LG FF&C for the years to come. Thanks to Louis and Kelly for helping to make so many great evenings of food friends and family come together for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with Louis Gervais, Kelly, and the wonderful Marnie for the last several months for my mom's 60th birthday this July. They were all absolutely wonderful and we all couldn't have asked for better service, food, and overall experience. From the beginning of the experience I worked directly with Kelly. She was incredibly professional and always answered my emails very quickly and was always super helpful.
Marnie who also is the event planner was amazing as well. She ended up being at the event managing it the entire time and I couldn't have asked for someone more calm, friendly, and just overall fun to have around! I seriously ended up feeling like Marnie and the gang were family at the end of the party and loved having them around and helping me. Also, before the event when I felt a little stressed, Marnie eased all my stress and also kept me laughing which is definitely a bonus!
The staff during the event were all incredible. They helped me set up and were amazing throughout the event.
The food was insanely DELICIOUS. We ended up picking a family style menu and with an ever growing guest list the team was super accommodating even a few hours before the event! Also, when we had to add some vegan options a few days before they did not hesitate once to help us with that. The actual food on the event was incredible and our guests are still to this day chatting about it. Everything was perfection and myself as well as the guests and my family had no complaints or wish anything was different.
Overall, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I would definitely use both the venue and catering again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went looking for a catering firm very last minute in late March 2022, and as firms were struggling to find their feet post Covid. We were hosting 150 senior executives and government officials from across Canada. Sabine from Louis Gervais quickly provided the best proposal we got, based on a combination of price, staffing, menu options and just plain responding to our needs (lots of vegan / vegetarian and pescatarian options) - so after comparing 5 or 6 others, some literally almost twice as expensive with less attention to our needs, we took it - and less than a week later, we were VERY happy with the results. The food - the service - the bar - all perfect. In fact the wine representative was so impressed with one of the bartenders, she offered her a job at Summerhill Pyramid! and all the wait and chef staff, led by Sabine in person, were exceptional. Billing was as expected - everything was handled end to end - and overall, we were just really pleased with the outcome! Thanks Sabine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Louis Gervais for our annual Holiday Party. They were extremely helpful and responsive during the planning stage.
The food that evening surpassed our wildest expectations and impressed even the pickiest in the group that evening. (10/10 make sure you order the vegan risotto)
We will definitely be using them for future corporate events

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Louis Gervais Fine Foods cater our company Holiday Party of 120 people in 2021. Our team had such a lovely time at the party and raved about how delicious and thoughtful the food was. Especially the vegan team members - they said that the vegan main dish and dessert were some of the best vegan items they've ever had!!
We really appreciated their staff working with us during the event - They did an awesome job handling the crowds of people, and making for a swift take down when the party was over it. Kelly and team was great to accommodate requests and work with us over the months of planning the event. Would recommend!!
