★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this company extremely responsive, professional and helpful, while I was looking for tenants for my apartment unit in March 2020, just in the middle of pandemic. They are very knowledgeable about the rental market, have a great marketing strategy and screening process. They build a great trust with both tenants and landlords. They also offer great maintenance and renovation services through Swiftmaintenance. They did a great job of renovating my apartment under five weeks, and placing it in rental market, everything was very well organized and planned. The renovation bills were very clear and transparent, and their quote was very reasonable and cost effective. I would strongly recommend both Moe and Reza for rental and renovation services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole team at Swift Rent have been great. Communication is easy and personal. When we have had issues (few and far between) with the property that I have not been able to fix, the Swift team have been quick and efficient in solving them.
As home owners ourselves (abroad) we know what it is like to have a company that looks after the property (for the landlord) but also makes sure that the tenants (us) are happy in the home.

Moe was my realtor and his attentiveness, patience, work ethic and care in terms of walking you through every single thing with no stress of trying to rush you to make a purchase was everything I wanted in my home buying experience.
He negotiated on my behalf so well that you would think he was buying the home for himself! He checked on my husband and I even after we received the keys to make sure we have everything sorted out.
I will definitely be coming back to sell/buy another home!!
