We knew that if we didn't make the decision right at the moment, we would be losing a good opportunity to have a reliable and new car without adding interests on our payments. Besides, we got a free oil change while discussing our finances to close the deal. At last but not least, when we were about to pick up our ROGUE 2020, we got the color we love the most. Thank you ALL for accommodating and going beyond our expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service. I called from an Ontario phone number and asked for a diagram of the front end of the vehicle. The parts department representative told me that he isn't a library and hung up the phone on me, just because my number is from Ontario.
I called back and ask the receptionist to speak with a manager, and she refuses and transfers me right back to the same rude employee.
Don't do business with these people, they don't comprehend the meaning of customer service. I will be filing a complaint directly with Nissan/Infiniti.

I got my Nissan 6 months ago.I have never been able to talk to someone in service so far; Whenever I contact the service they just put me on hold for a long time and hung up on me at the end, no one is accountable at all, and no respect for customers. It is a complete letdown. I’m just happy to have a short term lease and when it comes to an end I just say bye.

The evil clunk that had been haunting me is finally gone and I could not be happier. Big thanks to the Service Department Desk and Service Team for their great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional and honest staff! They are all very transparent and don't try to push you into buying anything. It was an amazingly smooth experience getting a car here from choosing the car to signing the deal!
Ask for Amir Nekooei, he was very helpful and super nice. He patiently walked us through our options and did not try to push us at all. We were able to make our decision with a clear mind and stress free which is really important and I haven't experienced in other dealerships. I definitely recommend this place! I really liked how transparent they are! They describe everything very well, and let you make your decision based on your preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with this dealership last month,it is a long story but it worth to read:
This February we asked for a new car but the dealer man (Hamid) told they do not have any brand new car in stock up to 6month later!!! So he sold a Nissan Kicks 2019 pre-owned certified to us. but, after 3days we found the MSRP price is higher than the brand new one!around 5000$!!!
We asked to return our car as they said we have 3days return or exchange policy but nobody cares us even we understood that they had 3 new arriving cars with the same trim we liked just in a couple of days! Not 6month later!but they did not accept to exchange it with the new one!
All in all, our complain with VSA is on process as they did dishonesty and mislead us , furthermore the dealership did not accept any responsibility and reliability!even it’s general manager did not pull a leg to solve this big mistake and told I am just sorry!
Please be careful if you want to deal with them as they just watch their sides and their costumer service is terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this branch of Nissan in compare with Richmond Branch. Really good and friendly staff with warming welcoming. We weren't familiar with cars and options, so they explained us completely. "Sohrab" who was a new staff in this branch was a gentleman with really good knowledge and he guided us perfectly. Besides, "Hamid" who was more experienced came to us and made everything more obvious for us. Thanks guys!
