★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great buying experience. Charlie was very friendly and fast getting everything done. This was certainly the fastest car purchase I make. The hand over was very special and done with class. Haven’t seen that in other places. Charlie also worked on getting the price to fit my budget which I greatly appreciated as it helped close the deal in the same day.
I especially appreciated the insurance agents in the show room as well. Not something I expect to say, but both insurance agents (Raj & Rohini) where more than amazing. Raj took over an hour demystifying how BC insurance works and what it covers. Something that was a blackbox for me and a major reason why I didn’t get a car earlier. Rohini was very friendly and offered valid honest advice that wasn’t focused around maximizing her sales commission. That was refreshing. Will certainly be renewing with them next year.
Overall, really positive experience. Would highly recommend this dealership and working with Charlie and Raj/Rohini. Awesome team.

He carries out all my work with full respect and patience, and it was really gratifying to me that one person is so much a responsible and customer-oriented. My vehicle service was taken care for professionally and promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently bought a preowned SUV from Charlie and the experience was amazing! He was very patient and answered all of our many questions about the process. There was some cosmetic areas to be touched up on our car when we first looked at it, so Charlie took care of it all to make it look brand new! This was our first dealership car buying experience and they did not disappoint. Thankyou to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved here from New West Toyota and what a sad difference. Made a service appointment for noon and only at 130pm does the service representative come to tell me yes they need to change brakes ( that I had indicated when making online appointment) Then says it’s my fault as the appointment said “ drop off”. So I tested the appointment app while there and it does not allow such indication. And then says staffing issues. Okay so warn the customer when checking in. Maybe I could have asked someone to pick me up!? Its 2 years we are all dealing with Covid. Don’t say your mission is excellence !! if you don’t change your work process and continuously improve service quality.And blaming the customer is it a winning strategy .. ever ??♂️

Generally buying a car is stressful but they made it a wonderful experience. I live in Langley but will drive there every time when I want Toyota :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING EXPERIENCE, Charlie was very friendly and was super helpful. Very fast and gave me a great price for my first car. He also made sure the car had no problem and went the extra mile. Highly recommend Charlie as he made the process so nice and easy to follow. Pulhraj Sodhi was in charge of my insurance and he also delivered a fast and smooth experience.
There should be no concerns going to this place especially if you go to the people i mentioned
