National Car Sales came highly recommended to me by a family member and I am happy to report that I was not only successful in finding a car I love, but Bobby was incredible! Accommodating, knowledgable and friendly, I never felt pressured into my decision and was happy with the price I paid given the current market. Will certainly be coming back in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and completely service oriented business. The 2020 Kona purchased was sent to JP Hyundai for an independent, multi point inspection report and a recall notice taken care of. They took the time to show us the car's features and communicated well, following up and couriering the second key that was not initially part of the deal. We were well taken care of, all staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure we were tended to. Thanks Bobby and David.

He was very nice and friendly during the whole sales and after sales process, presenting all car documents and certificates.
Also he was extremely kind to send us a second set of key and remote for the car as well as one original detail pen from Hyundai, per my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealers Beware! we purchased two trucks just a couple days ago. We were not notified of any condition issues. We were told their policy before releasing trucks is to have full payment. And upon arrival we notice thousands of dollars of damage and paint repairs. We cut a cheque for $90,000 dollars for both trucks and were only asking for $700 to make paint repairs to a tailgate to make the truck sellable.
We asked the sales person (Bobby) and owner of the north van location to at least work with us to remedy the situation and both flat out refused. This is not how myself or any of the stores we currently deal with do business so I had to share so buyers can be forewarned.

Bobby was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole process, and the car price was significantly lower than what other dealerships were offering. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a car!

Bobby was very professional and supportive, gave full explanation about the car, helped with the documents and the entire buying process. You can feel that he really cares about his customers. All the information he gave me was precise and he kept his promises.
Bottom line : the price is fair, the service is exceptional, I highly recommend this place.
