★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of ski boots and their custom fitting rocks. But expect to spare at least an hour for initial purchase as they are extremely busy during high season. Better to go before season starts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented some snowshoes. Called them 5 min before closing asking if they could wait 15 min so we could return them on the same day instead of coming in from Burnaby the next day to return them. They were still serving other customers when we arrived. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every staff member is incredibly knowledgeable and delivers great customer service! Had an amazing experience getting my ski boots fitted with Lucas. Despite being so busy at this time of year (start of the ski season) they really take the time to make sure it's done right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a seasons pass at Whistler Mountain since 1987 and I have also had a seasons pass at Grouse Mountain for the last several years. Paul and his crew custom fitted a pair of Lange boots for me and it has changed my life. Words cannot describe how happy I am with my experience with destinations slope and surf outfitters. I am skiing Waymore often, further, and faster because I am so much more comfortable. Getting that much more vertical in on any given day was well worth the price of brand new boots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in the US and visit Vancouver every winter to ski for a decade now. The skis always come from The Destination. This place is the best and very knowledgeable.
This year we also bought a ski boot fitted by Paul. He really put a lot of effort in getting the right book customized my feet. I did not know boots could be this good when properly fitted.
This place is absolutely the best!

He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helped me to understand what feelings to be aware of when trying on boots. By far the best boot fitting experience I have had. I have already recommended to friends and colleagues that they should get their boots here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All three members of my family had new boots fitted at Destination. Each of us has difficult feet which makes proper fitting very important. The staff of Destination went far beyond what was required and we are extremely satisfied. There was even a situation where my boots needed to be replaced after skiing in them about four times. Paul had no problem in replacing them with a 100% credit for the incorrect boots. Great work folks!
