β β β β β I needed a new pair of ski and boots and decided to visit this store. I was greeted by Rick and he spent over an hour trying to find the right boots for me. The store manager (I think his name was Brett) gave me some honest opinions on skis and helped me pick one best suited for my skiing ability. The service was very personalized from beginning to finish and I really appreciate the attention to detail. I felt comfortable walking out with the purchase and didnβt feel like being ripped off. Thanks for your help and Iβll visit you again for future skiing needs.

β β β β β I went to to the store because of the great reviews, but my first experience wasn't that good, and bought a pair of Lange ski boots that bruised my shins. When I called the store for another fitting, I wanted someone experienced, and Max was recommended. In fact, Max was so helpful that he made everything better including my initial experience! As a beginner skier, we really need someone like Max who is knowledgeable, patient, warm, and humorous. He found a pair of Atomic boots with a narrow fit that suited my feet much better, and were much softer for my shins. I can't believe what a difference it made. I highly recommend the store, and ask for Max if he's not too busy:)

β β β β β Had an amazing boot fitting done here by Sean and then picked the brains of 3 different salespeople for about a month to narrow down which skies to buy. What's interesting is that all 3 salespeople recommended the same ski independently which tells me no matter what day you come in you they will get it right the first time (rare in Sporting retail). The boots are magnificent and my appreciation for the choice of skis grows exponentially as I ride them in different conditions. They are almost always busy but for all the right reasons.

β β β β β I kid you not...I literally been searching for a perfect or at least great boot fit shop after 3 year of my skiing..
I thought pain is normal when I 1st started learning, until I change into new boot which is wide! But unfortunately I didn't know good boot fit shop beside whistler (I understand the high cost) but there gotta be somewhere local..
Until my friend recommend to check out this store, right after I went down from Seymour I went straight to the shop and to my surprise it sooo beautiful and tons of boot fitter at works!( Huge bonus to me already to see this)
I was thinking I really really hope they can fix my bunion issue since it hurting, this lovely staff name Jordan.A. Guided me through and answer all the issue I had over 4 years?
I got the service of heat mold and customize insole from my atomic ski boots 110, finally I can't believe it...no more painnnnn?!??
I felt like walking with my very fitted sneaker (it that comfy!) after the process!
Definitely decent price but highly super recommend anyone just come here buy the boot and just get the fitting done on the same day if possible!
I definitely will come back and make promo youtube video about this place (I'm not paid to say all these, it's just my personal experience)
Thank you guy soo much and can't wait to come back again!

β β β β β Top notch customer service!! Me and my sister weβre beginner snowboarder and weβre looking for new boots and binding with minimal knowledge. Alex spent his time explaining to us what we should be looking for and recommended the right products that we should use. Other staffs are super nice too. Highly recommend this store if youβre looking for skiing and snowboarding products. Thank you Alex :)

β β β β β Had an amazing experience getting my first real pair of ski boots fitted. Max really made the experience great and was able to get something that worked well for my problematic feet. Super knowledgeable and funny guy. Wasn't pushy at all and could tell he really wanted me to get the right fit for my needs rather than making a sale. Probably one of the best experiences at a store ever, highly recommend visiting. He really went above and beyond, super happy with my new boots.

β β β β β Spent some time in the shop over Xmas getting the kids and I some new ski gear. As hectic as it was, I was helped pretty quickly by Michael. He greeted us with enthusiasm and was truly stoked to help us out. He fitted me for new ski boots and got my kids setup with new snowboard gear, while never feeling rushed in the least. Couldn't be happier with the customer service here as he was amazing and the rest of the staff seemed incredibly knowledgeable as well. A pleasure shopping at North Shore Ski and Board. Will be back again soon. Thanks guys!
