It's a bad daycare center. We decided to leave them after a week considering we already even paid. They are really rude with parents, my 2.5 years daughter had a really bad experience with them we she kept crying saying I don't want to get there. We registered her to another daycare after that which she is totally happy from the first day. They were so tough and rude to my daughter when she made her underwear wet in the toilet. I would not recommend them at all.

What you see in the first glance from a far look seems to be a nice facility! Misleading appearance. The first red flag I noticed during the gradual entry of my 18 months daughter, was a dusty and very dirty outdoor toys! I clearly saw the pushing toy was covered with spider webs and lots of dust! Also the same day I saw one of the teachers used the same washcloth to wipe the kids face after snack! I was shocked! And in another occasion I saw they had all apparently clean washcloths in a container ( filled with kinda soap water) wiping kids face and put the dirty ones in the same container, and grabbing another one to clean the next kid!! I realized why most kids in their centre were sick all the time! The head teacher in theIr infant room where my daughter was supposed to start was very rude and bossy! I felt I was being scolded for not wanting my baby cry when I leave her,..several instances during the 3 days of the gradual entry! I decided not to continue even though I had paid, as I was worried my daughter get sick or not being treated right. Wanted to be nice so brought an excuse of my daughter’s leg recovery.. Being fair, there was only one of the teachers very very nice , Mis Melody, treating the children with kindness and holding them when crying. I gave it another chance, and returned for a second time and gradual entry only because of that one good teacher! ! This time the head teacher was even more rude, and spoke to me each time as if she’s my boss or I don’t understand! She clearly said that I don’t understand certain things!!!blablah blablah.. And that I need to start taking her more seriously!! Etc. This is while I had done whatever they asked me to do! So rude! Can’t believe this kind of behaviour with a parent, in fact their client! It’s not just limited to her, the same day, the owner scolded me for parking my car a bit angled! She said I should Park my car better because I almost got two parking spots!! ( the parking was empty!!! there was no cars in there, and my car was just a bit angled !) and I’d parked there only for a few minutes! Just can’t believe people treat their business clients like this! They simply want your money and want you to throw your child there and leave! I’m still in shock!!

I am kind of surprised by the negative reviews of this place. My son goes here and loves it, the teachers are super caring and concerned for him if anything seems off. I have never had a bad encounter with any of the staff and have an open door policy when it comes to any concerns I may have. The food they serve here is great too, my son is always content and if he is hungry they continue to feed him until he is full. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a place for their child.

We have been with this Centre for the past few years. Our experience with Day Care started with a famous franchise. But it didn't go well. So after a year, we approached Harbourside Children's Centre. The first impression we got during our first tour (~ 3 years ago) was the feeling of home and family-style mindset in managing the Centre. Of course, things could go wrong, and confusion and misunderstanding could happen, but IMHO, how the owner(s) looks at their business determines how you can get through the difficulties. This is a family-operated center run by ladies who love the kids and enjoy taking care of them. And My little one had great years at the Centre. Ms. Racquel Morris was always supporting us. She was always open to hearing our concerns and taking the required actions. We never felt that the Centre pushes us. On the contrary, I can say we are almost always treated better than we expected.
