★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very honest! I came in for an out-of-province vehicle inspection. I later received a call from the mechanic that my vehicle was exempt from inspection because it was still fairly new. They easily could have charged me for the unnecessary inspection. Very professional and honest. I will return for other vehicle fixes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this shop because it was close by and convenient. There was a strange rattle in the BACK end of vehicle, yet they diagnosed I needed new front shocks. That should have been my first clue that they were being dishonest. I think it was the exhaust but they were not up front, probably fixed the exhaust (for cheap) and charged an arm and a leg for new struts. Needed the car back right away so I let them go ahead. Then they wanted to charge me for a steering wheel alignment as result of work done to shocks! I protest as the bill was already $1500. Don't go there, you'll be ripped off. There are cheaper honest repair places in the city. Look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust and safety are super important. The guys at Tremblay Motors are the best. After facing on coming traffic last weekend my brakes have needed a look at pronto and they managed to fit me in last minute. They know the car well, they know me by my name, they're honest, kind and the type of people you feel safe with. Legends!
Trust is super important and there's no team I would rather recommend more than Brad Tremblay and his.

They provided me with such a great service I decided to always bring my car back for the yearly maintenance. They go above and beyond to take good care of their customers and are very honest when it comes to the repairs and the prices. I highly recommend their services.

Brad always welcomes us like old friends and takes a special interest in maintaining our vehicles in pristine condition. We especially appreciate that they include a car wash after the service. This is one of the most thorough, reliable and honest service centres we have ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad at Tremblay Motors was really patient and helpful with walking me through the process of getting my car repaired. I haven't had a lot of experience with mechanics in the city and was worried about being ripped off. At Tremblay, they offered me a free estimate, advice and comfort as they walked me through the prices, labour and turn around time, as well as advised me to compare with other shops (a really good sign that they weren't trying to rip me off). I'd really recommend this place if customer service and transparency is a priority!
