★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hot chocolate and other drinks. Got a gift card for Christmas, but they do not accept gift cards at this location. Very disappointing when you are given a gift card, but can’t use at a particular location. Customer service was ok, but they didn’t seem to care about it really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got there 10 minutes before closing last night. Ordered lemon Ginger tea but got peppermint which I couldn't exchange because the store was closed. Had their chocolate chip cookie which was overly sweet.

Coffee was great too.

The Belgian hot chocolate was mostly milk. Really sad because that's kind of the only thing your average Blenz has going for it nowadays.
Bathroom was dirty. Decor looked sad. Needs more staff, or needs to pay their staff better or treat them better or something because the guy behind the counter was stressed, rushed and looked like he hated his life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly service! I like blend because they have vegan options for drinks, but not just vegan, any nut milk you want, they can use. I don’t like almond hot chocolate, it’s to bitter, but I do love the coconut option! Mixed with a dark chocolate… it’s a Christmas dream come true! Super friendly staff, nice quite environment, and they got what I want!
