★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went out of my way to go here and there was a "be back in 5 mins" sign on the door so i thought ok they probably just went to the bathroom so I waited 5...then 10...then 15 mins which turned into 20+ minutes. Is the 5 minute sign equivalent to a lunch or smoke break? So disappointed. I couldn't wait any longer, so basically i just went there to waste my time. Not going back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I selected a teapot at Murchie's. The sales girl didn't give me the pot I selected, she chose to take one from behind the counter. She opened the box to show me the lid but when I gifted the teapot it was less than satisfactory. She knew I was traveling to the US and it was a gift. I believe the damaged teapot with intentional. I'm assuming that's why it was stored under the counter and not on display. (The handle was slanted). Located on the north side of Broadway and the west side of Granville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, excellent black teas, and love trying the samples in store. The seasonal white cranberry was super delicious. We are constant consumers of their 1894 Orange pekoe, so we go here often. I also just tried their chai and it was smooth and spicy. Yum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like Murchie's tea - especially their Canadian breakfast and Earl Grey. Just been to their Broadway store to top up my tea supplies. The staff (Auphan - name printed on the receipt) was so cheerful and friendly. Very good customer service!
