I paid less than anywhere online for the bathroom fan motor I needed while getting their expertise on selecting the correct model. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and even if they don't have exactly what you need they are motivated to make it work, the customer service is fantastic.

Bought a simple fan motor and hooked it up exactly like the original.
Red to red, black to black, ground to ground...it died after 15 minutes of use.
Had to buy a second identical unit right away in order to keep my green house cool.
Hooked up the second one exactly the same way and it works fine.
Would not cover under warranty.
UPDATE October 1, 2021
Second unit is still working fine!!
