I ordered joint cover for the floor water heater in Aug 2020. Still haven't received it. Been there twice they brought the wrong product both times. First time they said we will call you when we have the right product in for pick up...never heard from anyone. I had to contact them online to track it down only to find out that they still don't have the right product.....do they not know their own products? Frustrating

Great place to find difficult to locate parts for many appliances. Good in-store service and assistance from staff. 3-star rating is strictly due to terrible phone service. Always on hold, very difficult to get through to a human, if even possible. Standard message of "we are currently experiencing a high call volume, please continue to hold and a representative will be with you shortly" on every call, no matter the time of day. Several times I have had to wait 10-15+ minutes on hold before speaking to a person. Most of those calls resulted in me hanging up before anyone answered as waiting that long is frustrating when trying to locate parts. This would be a 5-star review if the phone service improved and we could actually speak to someone to answer questions.

Very positive experience. It was looking like we would have to wait for shipping of our oven part and pay more than twice as much until we found this supplier. The part was in stock, we ordered online and got the call it was ready for pickup about 3 hours later. No wait in the store, very pleasant and professional clerk. The igniter we purchased is fragile so we wanted to test the resistance before accepting it, but that wasn’t really necessary once we saw it was very safely packaged within foam rubber. All pictured extras were provided. We did test it anyway and the clerk didn’t make us feel like idiots. Extremely happy with this vendor.

PINA online ordering. Parts I need show in stock but then I get a confirmation email says backordered. Does me no good to have parts in stock in Ontario when I'm in Vancouver. Waste of time.

When I ordered a part that showed only one in stock it was shipped out within the hour! Absolutely amazing. I do a lot of online business and I wish I'd known about AMRE Supply earlier. Part arrived to me the next day intact to my door! Super happy and highly recommend....Five stars on all counts. Keep up the good work.

Terrible customer service. Was told our dryer part would take 6 - 8 weeks and we said ok. So waiting 5 and a bit weeks called for a status report. The guy whom answered the 1-800 number told me 4 - 8 MONTHS. Not weeks or even next year. He said they knew back in February that it would take that long. Went to local store for refund and found out the other local store had2. Was told they could have it delivered by noon next day. So we waited. No call . Call 1-800 # and got run around. Drove to store and it had been sitting there for 3 hours. Very poor customer service and I would be hard pressed to go there again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! We've been using Amre Supply for a long time. Surrey Staff are the best. Never have problem with them. They always help us in all our maintenance supplies. They are easy to deal with and good customer service.
