★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very positive experience. Staff is helpful. I like the size of the store. It has a good selection prices are reasonable and I don't get that overwhelmed feeling that I do when I take on the Home Depot. I 100% encourage the use of local Cloverdale businesses especially during these difficult times. Because the store is not extremely packed and busy I felt much more comfortable about being in there. These large businesses with hundreds of people in them make me nervous. If you want to be able to get in get what you need and get out this is the perfect option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to the store to get a key cut. The lady behind the counter, very rudely says "we closing soon".
To which I said "only need a key cut".
The poor old miserable lady says "NO! CAN'T DO IT!"
I walked out. End of story. Went to Walmart, paid an extra dollar but got what I needed. It was my first time going to this store and it will the last.
If you are looking for good customer service, avoid this place.
