★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to refill my water, first time here, was in the area from Langley. Andrew who was the gentleman who greeted and assisted me was soo cheerful, welcoming, charismatic, and soo helpful. Just made my day. Everywhere you go nowadays, people are so glum and not welcoming. Such an amazing experience and will go out of my way now to refill my water here only. If Andrew were to ever leave, I may have to quit drinking water! Lol great job!

I leave with a smile on my face and an awesome mood. I highly recommend supporting this business, they have excellent prices and it feels great to support a small local business!

Purchased a ceramic water dispenser
and the spigot leaks. Tried stopping in, just so happens they are closed on Wednesdays until 2PM, inconvenient but okay (don't live near Cloverdale any longer, so out of the way) Called in a couple of times and got an answering machine, no reply. Finally caught someone today at the store, really nice kid, but did not know what a spigot was (cute). He called Andrew his boss and all he gave the kid was, yeah, we don't carry those! Asked for a number to call and talk to the bossman to see if he can bring some in and was given the same number that took my previous messages that I did not get returned.
