I agree with the previous writer worst customer service experience ever. I wouldn't even give these guys a 1 star. Laura is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever meet. She argues until she's blue in the face. She over charged me and denied that she did. When I proved that she did over charge me she refused to refund me what was owing to me. She tells me that there is nothing she can do and she doesn't have to either. Her attitude and her lack of customer service is the reason I will never go here for my water again. She made excuses and argued instead of just refunding me my money. If you need water there are many other places to go locally where you will be treated much better than at Aqua Blue Water.

I usually bring my bottles to the store front for refill, as its the most economical, but I recently had hop replacement surgery and ran out of water. I called and ordered water at 10am and it was delivered by 5pm. I really appreciated the quick service, the low cost and the friendly manner which this transaction was completed. Thank you so much. Terrible customer service. They constantly miss delivery and even though they say they will deliver they donโ€™t show up. And when you call them some ignorant guy starts laughing at you. Go elsewhere there not worth your time

I've been dealing with this place for a number of years because they are a good price and very close to my shop, so quite convenient. I usually purchase credit and fill as I go. Anyways, shortly after one time I had just filled up my credit, maybe three bottles in, somehow my account and my money disappeared from their computer. I asked to speak to owner or anybody who could help(the guys at the desk are ok but this is beyond their authority I imagine?), and I left my number on 3 different occasions, but I never got a reply. Now we are not talking about a whole bunch of money, it is just more the fact that there was an issue and whoever is in charge was unwilling to deal with it. Even if I just got a phone call back and some kind of an explanation and apology I could have just eaten the money that I was out and continued as their customer. Seeing as they couldn't even be bothered to do that, out of principle and being a small business owner myself I would prefer to just take my business elsewhere if that's the way they deal with their customers. And that's exactly what I did... I go somewhere a little further out and pay a bit more but I get the customer service I expect now. Maybe they won't miss my 20+ refills a month, but after reading all these reviews they might miss the several hundred a month.....and counting.

My first reveiw ever because that's how horrible my experience was. I put 1 star but honestly should be a zero or -10. I have been trying to get water for over a month from this company and it's nothing but the run around. I waited the two weeks they asked for their shipment to come in and no response. So I called them back and they will get back to me and nothing. So now another two weeks has gone by and I had to call back again and I finally got a response. Well I have another 20 deliveries to think about in Langley before you so ahhhhh? I said yeah I've been waiting over a month and your customer service is very poor so Thank you for your time. This company is very unorganized and has very poor communication and customer skills. Don't order from here. Trust me.

Watch your invoices and payment information. They often donโ€™t apply your credits unless you physically phone and ask them to. They take unauthorized payments from your account using whatever means you have made previous payments with. They do this without permission or warning even though this is a service that youโ€™re supposed to be submitting payment for Not a pre authorized service that they take payments for. They processed an unauthorized payment from my visa debit card without warning and left me short in my account causing NSF fees. i Requested that they reverse the payment until my normal mid month cheque and they refused even though they illegally took the payment to begin with. Their other google reviews speak for themselves.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Promises daily they will deliver the water and pick up your empties. I got so frustrated I said cancel my account and pick up the empties, so she promised again to pick up empties. They still never came even when they promised a whole week later. I still hadn't arranged for water elsewhere so I thought I would attempt to give them another shot and hey maybe they would pickup the 7 empties outside my house that I had begged them to come get at the same time. I again placed 2 separate orders for more water and to pick up empties, and they still have not picked up empties and they are refusing to deliver me any water because I dare contact them to ask for my water and empties to be picked up. They don't care to keep you as a customer and just make excuse after excuse.

I like this place! They have very good prices for 5 gallon bottle refills. They rinse out the bottles, give polite and respectful service, and help by carrying out the bottles to my vehicle. And lots of convenient parking usually as well.
