My son and I bought a pressure washer from this family owned/operated business and the customer service was great. Over and above. They take the time to teach you about the product and answered any questions we had. Good too see there's businesses with this great customer service.

I bought a power washer from them this week and found them very friendly, wealth of knowledge, straight-up answers and advice. Prices are fair if not the best and at no cost you get the bonus of a thorough one on one full running overview of what you buy. You cannot get that level of their service from many places. I highly recommend them, and thanks to those at the shop who helped me out, much appreciated.

Called for parts, she said that they would call me back, still waiting 3 weeks later lol. If they can't follow up a easy callback on parts, they have many other issues. Sad that customer service is not a priority. Oh well I got my part in Langley with great service over the phone.

I needed a backpack blower and despite being asked to stay outside of the storefront area, the service was exceptional. I got to see a few different models, and ended up with a new echo blower and a new hat to go with it. Great service.

Phoned a few months ago to find out about comparing electric to gas chainsaws and was on the phone with a lady who was very rude and off putting but I assumed she was just having a bad day. If you try to enter this building you will be treated as if they do not want your business. When told it is due to covid concerns - all 3 staff members walked up to me about 2 feet from my face to have this conversation I guess not seeing the irony in doing that. When I tried to explain the flawed logic of them walking up close to people to explain that they are not supposed to be close to people, I was met with hostility. The senior citizen lady who wanted to help was interested in going and getting whatever heavy item I needed one by one... I do not have all day for that and I came to a store so that I could look at all the products and ask questions. I simply want to look around and browse I explained otherwise I can order things online. I was hoping for a place I could come buy chains and other accessories plus the 2 main pieces of machinery I needed easy well over $1000 plus return purchases for safety gear or other tools. I understand they are scared of covid but their actions speak differently and they are very rude about it. Maybe if you are best friends with the owner he is good to you, however if you are just someone coming in looking to browse and spend thousands they are not interested. I also explained to the senior citizen lady that I had thousands of dollars to spend there and I promise I am not wasting their time and she replied with " I have a million"... Okay well enjoy dipping into those savings to pay the bills in upcoming years because you are simply not going to last with treating younger generations with that behaviour - I am not interested in the ear beating the senior citizen was attempting to give me which angered the dangerously morbidly-obese owner who came out to yell further. Never did I raise my voice to this "family" owned store owners just simply verbally disagreeing with their style of business. I wish them the best, however people who read reviews about stores first should know to avoid this place at all costs. Buy online or go into another store if you want some proper customer service. Also if this is more of a security risk then they should say that. This mess of a store has stock items like lawnmowers and bicycles in their back lane over flowing on skids of items. It is probably a thieves dream. Either they do not understand the irony of asking for distance then coming up close to people, or they are worried about theft and if so both have massively effected their mind state for the worse when it comes to speaking to and maintaining new customers. The only reason I checked out this place in person is that the craigslist ads have dogs, birds and people smiling with nice displays in them but be warned the store is the exact opposite. There is no family feel. Stay far away from this negative pit. 0/5 quality business.

I called looking for a specific Stihl chainsaw. The owner asked me why I wanted that model and through my research I decided that model would be sufficient. Shihl numbers do not necessarily reflect the build location, quality etc. She spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining all the details and benefits of the pro series over the lesser series like 1/2 the rated hours for a 20% saving and I bought an MS261C-M with a 20" bar. I just had the opportunity to use the machine and WOW. Although the Stihl promotion was over they gave me the promotion price with the case and hat. When I picked up the saw her husband spent 30 minutes explaining fuel and start up and shut down. Try to get that service anywhere else for a $700 purchase. Others would just give you what you think you want and send you out the door.

I am not sure what Covid has done to us a a society. People have lost touch with their humanity and have become all about instant gratification. I prefer the small family owned businesses, you walk in patiently wait your turn. That shows respect and consideration for either the customer on the phone or in the store. If you wanted instant than go online and be just a $ sign. That being said, I brought my husbands saw in to be checked out and the very knowledgeable lady helped me out taking time to explain ask questions and listen to what my concerns were. Wanting to make sure she got me the correct part I needed and offered a solution that would cost us less over the long haul next time the part needed replacement. Unfortunately the model we own doesn’t give us this luxury.in any case I found the staff knowledgeable and a breathe of fresh air. Cathi
