They reach out to me when I need my prescriptions renewed, and do everything with my doctor, so I don't have to worry. They keep me informed of every transaction via text, which is so refreshing. And they deliver directly to my home. No more waiting on the phone or in line at the pharmacy. They're also cheaper than most pharmacies. Excellent service.

I had such an amazing experience with this pharmacy and I will be moving all my medications to them for LIFE they are very understanding, they care about there clients, they go above and beyond to help there clients when needed, there very quick, they always update you even to the point of delivery the client knows everything every step of the way, they offer free delivery which is great especially when someone is on a tight budget, the delivery drivers are fantastic, the customer service representatives answer all your questions immediately, if you would like to speak to a pharmacist they make the arrangements without stress, the pharmacist is caring, explains everything, they have the patience to answer all questions, there not rude and they don’t rush you off the phone if I could give this pharmacy more than a 5 star ⭐️ I would because there awesome keep up the great ? work thank you for making my experience the best one I’ve ever had from start to finish fantastic service I will highly recommend your pharmacy to family and friends thanks again for everything

It was not difficult at all to switch from my regular pharmacy. I was concerned about not having a Pharmacist to talk to in person but that just isn't the case - you can speak to one on the phone and you can always consult with your regular pharmacist at your local pharmacy about information on any medication you will be taking. The best thing about switching for me was the auto-ship to my door (yet it does mean I am home all day waiting for the delivery as opposed to going out when it's convenient for me, so a pro and a con at the same time, but on the days when I can't get out, the delivery is great). I also find Pocket Pills to be very informative of their ordering and shipping process and their notifications are appreciated. All in all, I am glad I switched to Pocket Pills.

I recommend them to everyone who will listen—my friends wonder if I’m on their payroll ? (I’m not!) They have a caring team and it is so easy to communicate with them through text or the app. They always know when I need a new prescription or when I’m due for a refill and everything is super-easy. So grateful to have found PocketPills!

It is fast and efficient and always on time for your next refill. 10/10 recommend. Everyone is so nice and it’s easy to get an appointment with a doctor, you can also add your health card and insurance cards onto the app. If you wanted to build a vitamin pack, they offer it at a low cost. I would suggest PocketPills to anyone! If you don’t like the hassle of picking up your medications from your pharmacy choose PocketPills (:
