★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Awsome service and amazing selection of BBQ products. I walked in 15 min before closing and was looking for charcoal. After being greeted as I walked in I was shown their well stocked selection of charcoal and smoking wood. I then talked with the employee for a few minutes about bbq and smoking meats.
I ended up purchasing 4 bags if charcoal, a bag if hickory chunks and a roll of butcher paper. The prices for charcoal are really quite good and their selection of accessories and spare parts is excellent. They even stayed 10 minutes late to help me load up my vehicle with my purchase.
I was very impressed with their service, selection and prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing people, very knowledgeable staff. I went in thinking I’d have to pay $80+ dollars for a new regulator for my BBQ. Before they went in the back to get a new one she tested it. It was working fine, it ended up being moisture in the hose from the BBQ to the tank. My BBQ is working again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am interested in getting a smoker, so I went to Johnstones because of their reputation of being experts. I told the salesperson why I was there and he started touching various units with the only information about each one being the material it was made from ie. ceramic and the price ending up touching an electric one. My next question was "How do they compare?" His answer, "I'm not here to educate you." His whole attitude was arrogant and uncaring. Candidate for worst service of the year award.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything you can think of for your grilling experience. From a wide range of BBQs to tools and accessories to sauces and rubs, they have it all. I was in a hurry so could not fully explore what they have but I will have to go back and spend more time (and likely more money) there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Johnstones Barbeques in search of a fire pit. There are many options available on display however stock was very limited as fire pits are very popular right now. Not to worry we were offered to have our name added to a wait list for multiple items and to be called when the items arrived. We received a phone call a few weeks later and were offered to purchase between 3 different options. We choose one and gave a deposit over the phone. Within a few days they were able to convert the propane option to natural gas, provided options of lengths of hose(at an extra cost) and we were able to pick up the fire pit. The staff member Kim was exceptional! She is so knowledgeable and very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Jamie. I had a problem with a product I bought there a few months previously. Jamie dealt with the manufacturer who was unwilling to replace the product under warranty. Instead, they suggested he service the unit, which was not even made to be taken apart and serviced. He returned it in good working order and asked that I contact him with ANY further problems.
Eventually, I had more problems with the product. I called Jamie. He asked for a photo of the problem. A few weeks passed without hearing from him, then one day the store called to say my replacement product was ready for pickup. I was just so impressed how Jamie went the extra mile for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Johnstones’ integrity and commitment to their customer. Many thanks to Jamie and to all of the sales and service staff.
