Alex was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and could recommend the right type of windows for our needs, and explain all the trade-offs. We got a very competitive price, and signed the deal. The measurements were scheduled almost immediately, and after few weeks we got a call to schedule the installation. The installation process was quick, professional and neat, and when the installers left, the house was even cleaner than before. I am highly recommending Canadian Choice in case you need new windows.

I recently noticed that one of my windows has become increasingly difficult to open/close as well as some drafts coming in. I contacted Alex who sent someone to our house to look it over the next day! They found a defective sash in my window and immediately got me a new one replaced that same week! Great service!

We had Marc come over to take a look and give us the best quote out of 4 companies. He was a big help in picking out the best models and helping us out with the design. Ivan, Jay and Tim were our installers and did a great job getting everything done in 2 days with limited manpower.

Blair was always super punctual and a huge help in navigating the issues with the supply chain and still having our project delivered on time despite the circumstances. With Kent's guidance as well as the hard-working installers, I felt like a guru on home renovation despite being an absolute newbie at the start.
