Every single person there was so helpful. I didn’t have to look hard and they picked everything out for me. I gave them three options: cheap, mid-price, or high. Criteria was for a child who is U11 (Atom), second year of playing hockey, no hand strength, needs good flex, big curve and plays defense mostly. Then I asked: what would you chose if you were to have your own child? The person narrowed it down to two options for me. Needless to say, this type of customer service experience was amazing and we don’t get it ever; 20-30 years ago this type of customized experience was normal. Nowadays it is not and I do not mind paying for a customized experience. I will definitely be going back. The person gave me an education in hockey sticks as well as giving me choices in different sizes and style. I am now a lifelong customer. Sold.

Also my skates feel wonderful after they sharpened them ( do not ever go to SC! ) Thank you so much and we will visit regularly for sharpening and when our daughter needs new skates :)

P	P G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced. Not sure why anyone would go here, sport chek has the same EQ for 15% cheaper. Charging 70$ for kids hockey pants, selling coach’s boards for 30$ and the markers dont work. Be smart - go somewhere else

The staff were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, friendly, fun and we're concerned about my budget. Once they established my budget 2 staff each took a kid and did an awesome job of making sure the gear was right for them and fitted well. Overall it was a great experience for both me and my grandchildren. Even if they were more expensive than the big box stores, which they are not, it would be worth extra for the service. Thanks for making a potentially painful experience quite enjoyable.

Dan goes out of his way gives me great prices and always friendly . The guys sharpening the skates are always so busy but always are cheerful and do an amazing job. It gets hectic and busy but I know the times to go when not so busy to sharpen skates. My son only likes his skates sharpened here and we won’t go nowhere else! Keep up the good work you all do amazing work , I know it’s not easy with some crazy hockey parents !! lol .
