C	Cherry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely impressed! Had an excellent experience throughout the process. I called before I went and visited twice for a fast-pitch bat as a birthday gift. The staff were just amazing, no matter over the phone or in person. They answered the questions and gave very professional suggestions totally based on the customer's need. For some reason, I visited both times right before the store closing and they were still being very patient. Finally I got the right items I wanted before the "big day". Thanks a lot!! Will definitely come back if I need more gears or... maybe just some tips for playing softball!!

First rate knowledge of equipment, fittings are thorough, returns policy is friendly and fair and they treat every customer / family who walks in the door with respect and kindness. If they don't have it they'll offer to get it or advise other locations in the area where it may be available. My only wish would be to have more soccer or cricket stock but I can appreciate they have to match stock with local demand.

You can tell this place cares about the experience of their customers. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The skate sharpenings are top notch as well. ✅✅✅✅✅ 1000% Recommend

Most things are competitively priced and the things that are not, I would still rather support this location as they have much more of a family owned and operated feel.
M	MG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of purchase, I asked about their return policy and the sales rep told me 30 days. At that point I didn't check the receipt to verify this policy. When I went to return the item still in the original package, I was told that they were not going to give me a refund. Their refund policy is 3 days. I was 3 hours late on the 4th day. I mentioned to the sales rep what he had told me about the 30 days. At that point and in front of other customers I was accused of "making things up" and was told that the 30 days only applies to defective items. I have no problem with the quality of the merchandise sold by this retailer. I have a problem with his customer service. For the owner to tell me that he "supports the community" is rather contradictory in the face of how he treated me over this issue and his condescending treatment over the phone when I called him. He refused to discuss or hear my side of the story. He cut me off right away and started talking over me in a demeaning way. I never did get the opportunity to explain anything to him and he just hung up. The refund policy shown on the Source for Sports online Website says 30 days full refund/no questions asked. Based on the way I was treated, I will never enter this store again!!

When I first moved to Surrey 30+ years ago I remember buying all my hockey gear there at the store when it was in Newton. For the last 10 years it’s been my go to place since moving to the South Surrey area. Dave, Lee, Ted, and the staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Most recently, they even delivered Under Armour masks to my house during the pandemic. Above and beyond customer service, keep it up guys!
