C	Christine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and staff, no idea how to treat people right and have no interest in helping you WARNING!! Do not order anything on banana republic online and expect to be able to return it here. You have to ship it back even though it says bring it to your nearest location for a full refund. Had to call customer service myself in the store and finally they were able to help me out. Inexperienced managers and staff
N	Nadeem P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager does not know how to treat, or speak to customers. 3 of the 5 shirts I purchased here have separated at the elbow due to cheap fabric being used. Instead of exchanging for new shirts she accused me of tearing them myself. The shirts were less than 5 months old and have been worn a handful of times. They were always dry cleaned, and in a rotation of 10-15 other shirts. This is the first time I have had issues with banana republic shirts. The other staff were friendly, and very understanding. I have no complaints towards them.

A	A P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this ? Republic. I found some deals and got my favorite perfume here. The store is neat and clean, including the change rooms. They managed to keep the sale racks tidy which is impressive. For some other stores the sales area are usually a mess with hangers tangled together. There's no balls of dust circulating in the change rooms like some other clothing stores. Parking here is so so but I am always able to find parking even on a busy weekend. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We come here every few weeks and I bragged to my friend about finding great deals here.

Makes me feel safe. Unfortunately, they do not have a wide variety of sizes. I have been there a couple of times lately and they only have smaller sizes.

Staff on the floor (gajan read my mind and helped me find what exactly i was looking for) and fitting rooms were super nice (eden was so helpful). They do not have much options but really good sales though…

We’ve been there a few times already and can’t stop going. The floor and trial rooms are well managed. If you spend some time looking for marked down items, chances are your eyes will pop out with some of those discounts! Five stars to Isabelle for her awesome service at the cash register - she was so helpful and patient as we had shopped lots and also had multiple returns and voucher transactions to process all at once.
