★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there trying to get some soccer cleats, and when we needed assistant we had to hunt down an employee. It seemed like they didn't have enough employee's in the shoe section. The ones that were there where not in the right area, this service was not pleasant at all. I hope to see better in the future. I did not enjoy my experience there.

Was standing with shoes in my hand waiting for someone to come over. There where 2 staff walking in circles doing everything they could not to make eye contact with me. All I wanted to do was grab a pot a shoes and leave. Was not super busy, was not short staffed. Don’t waste your time. Give Amazon your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is always clean, staff ready and willing to help. It is easy access in the mall with both parking lot and mall access. Once again they had exactly the shoewear for our sporting team..in and out in less than 10 mins

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again a knowledgeable clerk led me to a wonderful new pair of shoes. Seemed to know what he was looking at in the wear pattern in my old shoes. And was able to sell me on the upgrade to the line I had been using based on what he saw. Not the cheapest but if I get another 1800 kms I'll be happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait 15 minutes patiently to be helped at the shoe department. Finally flagged a guy down on the other side of the store by raising my arms and waving. Bought the shoes for 156 bucks and asked for a bag to put the shoe box in. She said it’s 2 bucks for a bag. Didn’t buy the bag and not going back. Zero customer service or appreciation at this store. Why shop at a place like this?
