★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! I always love journey's because they have the best quality and cutest shoes. I went in just to browse and was immediately served by two lovely ladies! They were a huge help and had amazing attitudes! If you go in definetely ask for either Ariana or Desiree! I now have a new pair of black boots that i love thanks to them! They deserve a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is just amazing and over the top with customer service, and kindness. My son is 9 and has autism and due to sensory difficulties, there has been challenges finding comfortable and appropriate shoes for season and sensabilities. I tried getting shoes and needed to exchange. These ladies invited my child to come in so they could assist in getting him into the right shoes. My son gets over welmed in public and doesnt always behave appropriately. They where amazing and im so happy we found a good fit! My son is comfortable and has great shoes. THANK YOU WE ARR GRATEFUL FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND KINDNESS!!! Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl who helped us was incredibly helpful and just overall really nice. She showed me a couple different options for the shoes I wanted some cheaper ones some name brand ones etc. and answered any questions I had. Her customer service was so great I wanted to buy the shoes from her even if they were 20$ cheaper somewhere else. She also got us 10$ off which was really nice. When we left my mum and I both agreed if we needed any more shoes we’d go to journeys again!
