★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have decided to never but your jeans again. I purchased a dark navy pair of jeans. I might add that they cost $90 and I have stained my hands, car seats, and pretty much anything with a light color I come into contact with. For $90 I would expect a little more. I'm not exadurating how stained everything is, I've washed these jeans 9 times and i will rub my hands on the pants and they will come off blue. Bad quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to bootlegger and I not happy with how the company does not enforce mask wearing to protect it staff or customers. At entry sing says mask optional. Many other store say mask required still after july 1st. How can we support store that is not protecting people. I cannot spend money or time in store like this. I just wanted to leave the store I was surrounded by people not wearing mask. The government gave permission to stores in B.C to continue enforce the mask why have you no continued to protect? Very shameful behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager is way too pushy. She makes me want to leave. Like calm down. She's short and rude when you don't want her help. She got into an altercation while I was there. She was going on and on about being store manager for 15 years and blah blah blah. That's not a good look. Treat people better. Also enforce your mask policy its dangerous and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the young under 30 years of age. 2 years behind in fashion compared to the US. Prices for non sale items are high for what you are getting. Majority of clothing is cheaply made. Wait to go buy clothes as it seems to be the drop off location from other stores that don't sell. Mall is going through many changes and hopefully this store does as well or they won't last. I walked around this store for 15 minutes and recieved no greeting or acknowledgement. If you are 30+ I don't recommend this clothing store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales rep was very helpful! I didn’t know my size for jeans and she picked out my size accurately and helped me pick out the styles that I wanted. You don’t usually get this level of service from clothing stores anymore. I was very impressed and I’ll definitely be back!

She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable,
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans online but need a different size. I reached out to Bootlegger Langley to find out if they had the size i was looking for. unfortunately they did not have any in stock at the Langley store.
Instead of brushing me off, Jenny went above and beyond, She took the time to answer my questions and offered to check other stores for the jeans I want. She called the store and was able to put a hold on them for me. ***Awesome***
Finding people who have customer service skills is very hard and rare, hang on to Jenny, she's great!
