★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly as cute as these boots look they are cheaply made. I've given up on this specific call it spring and go all the way to guildford instead. The employees are so rude, I've never had such foul people working in a store. I just want good service but it seems like these people don't know what manner are. I don't know why I keep trying, The customer service is AWFUL. I can't bother to remember their names but every friend i've brought agree that their service is bad. First time i was looking for boots, I did not get any help. I tried to ask but they were talking amongst themselves. I'm not the only one, I see how they treat customers. This lady was trying to make conversation but the girl looked so visibly annoyed. I went to get a refund because they couldn't deliver my boots, so i waited in line. She took my phone and tsked. She went to the back for awhile and brought another girl. Long story short, she said she didn't have cash to pay me but because I didn't have a card with me she had no choice but to pay me back. Such a rude human being. I went AGAIN, boots were on sale I was just looking around. I called over the employee and I asked what sizes do they have it in. She took the boots from my hand and said only 11 and she walked away to talk to her friends. I was in awe, stood there with my friend and we stared at each other for a good 15 seconds. Don't recommend this place at all even if the boots are cute their personalities are not.

Been at this store before and other employees asked if I wanted to order the shoes in my size. Was strange
Oh yeah I looked at the size of the shoe I wanted on the other display at the front and it was a different size. So she was lying? I'm confused lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I went into the Willowbrook Spring shoe store today and were very disappointed with the customer service. Upon entering the establishment, no one greeted us and there seemed to be no one around. A girl, Katie, appeared from the back I asked for the sizes of shoes I had picked up as well as from a list I brought in. She stared at me and gave me a look of annoyance at my request for various shoes. Rather then get my shoes she went and told another coworker the number of shoes I wanted to try, to which they told me I could only try four on at a time. Which I had no problem or expectation of having to try them on all at once so I don't know why the girls were being rude. Katie put back the shoes I requested to try on and got another girl to get my shoes so I had to go back and pick out my shoes all over again. While I was in the store we also witnessed another customer ask for her shoes to which Katie replied "I already got your shoes." And had to correct her and say no I asked for another pair. There were 5 girls working but they were in the back most of the time or huddled talking among themselves. In general they all seemed annoyed at the idea of actually having to work and collect shoes for people and weren't helpful. I work in the same mall myself so was very shocked to see such disregard for customer service especially this time of year when people are xmas shopping and secret shoppers are coming in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shoes I bought were so cute but so tight on the strap across my foot (I have wide feet) I knew they would be uncomfortable. I went to return them and the girl there convinced me to let her stretch them free of charge! She did and I wore them today and they were amazingly comfortable and so cute. Got so many compliments. Thanks to the girl there, she really helped me out. Wish I got her name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to treat myself to a pair of shoes & was delightfully met by Sarah & Noemie who were very sweet & helpful while I made my purchase. Due to COVID, I tried to pop in & out as quickly as possible. But in that short time, the ladies were a wonderful help from greeting to the suggestion of insoles in the shoes I bought. Thank you ladies for cheering me up on my first shopping experience out since this whole lockdown! Stay safe & well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the strangest and most unhelpful shoe shopping experience here! I tried on a few different pairs of shoes there and everytime I asked for my size to try, the sales would come out from the back and say "we don't have your size in this colour anymore" and just walk away. Normally, shoe sales I've encountered would offer to check if another store has the size or ask if I want to try another colour they still have in my size. Also, while the sales was helping me, I had to also wait for her to play on her phone and go chat with a coworker who wanted to talk about buying a new iPhone. Just unbelievable - they're so rude and unprofessional through and through.
