★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call this store everyday. No one picks up . Does not matter what time. Goes to voice. Horrible. Finally got through after several days. Went in and asked for a receipt with my purchase. Zayn said Telus is not giving receipts except on email but it seemed like he just did not want to give it. I returned the item to another Telus and they said that was incorrect. Disappointing they flat out lie at this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve come in to renew my contract twice now and both times the girls in your store were on their phones not paying attention to the customer standing at the door. They seem bothered by having to help your customers. They basically tell me to go online and rush me out. At this point I’m probably going to switch to Shaw because I have questions and at least they’re willing to explain things to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we could give no stars we would. My husband went in to the Telus store in Willowbrook Mall in Langley at 5.45pm tonight and the way he was spoken to was absolutely appalling. The lady basically rushed to the door to stop him coming too far into the store, all he was looking for was a phone case. He was told in no uncertain terms extremely rudely that they don't have cases for his phone and actually told him to go elsewhere. Not sure when Telus stopped doing cases for iphones ....or when they stopped caring about customer service. This person who is supposedly representing the company really badly let them down. We also watched another customer try to ask a question and he was spoken to by the same person in the same derogatory manner. Very disappointing and very let down by Telus representation. Clearly this lady had somewhere else to be at 5.45pm and did not want to help prospective customers or generate sales. Maybe just a phone case but we are now put off completely. Poor show Telus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the greatest experience but also not the worst. Store manager seemed super brash, seemed to want to get the customer out of the store more than she wanted them in the store? odd. I broke my phone, was looking to just buy a new phone outright. Salesperson gave me the run around for a while and didn't really seem to know what he was talking about. Could have been worse I guess?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience!! I had bought a phone but I did not like the color.. I had been given the wrong info about exchanging the phone from the original telus store I bought the phone from. The women who helped me at this store gave me all the info and when it was all said done I left with the color I wanted :)

They knock my door at 8:30 pm without any appointments or calling
They asked me to change my plane from Shaw to Telus .
They promised me to give me a big deal (150 speed for 40$ inclouds tax and 5 months free)
After i sign a contract. I called them after 24 hours to get my account number they told me i have to pay 65$+ tax and No 5 months free
They lie to me
I don’t know how come they scam people
Thats very shame and disgusting
Thats not a good way to make new clients and improve a business
I don’t recommend any one to deal with this layers company and i will tell all my family and friends about this .
I sent them the modem back
I will never deal with this company even they give me 2 years free .
I will tell also all my neighbours at the building about that.
Very bad company
