★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't have the size we we were looking for. Young lady helped us out and called several other stores and reserved it for us. Had a great attitude during the whole time. Nice to see service still exists sometimes. Well done H&M.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff don't care. No social distancing. No help. Cashiers are decent though. No toddler girls clothes which is disappointing. So many boys clothes for toddlers though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Langley location yesterday to pick out a dress because I've been loosing weight and feeling good. Found a dress, tried it on, my boyfriend hyped me up. However the person dealing with the fitting room gave me some looks when trying it on. It was a tighter fitting black dress. Ended up buying it, thinking about the way I was looked at by the staff member and came back to return it. This employee was at the register when I came back and helped me with my return. He made some comments "Back so soon?", "I knew you wouldn't like it" and "I get girls in here like you all the time who do this". This is the first time since high school that I've been shamed for being fat. Nice to know that somewhere I would frequently shop will now be a place I will go out of my way to skip even when I do lose all my unwanted weight. Smell ya later H&M yall really dropped the ball hiring this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 4 tops at H&M Willowbrook mall on Mar 15. Before making the payment, I had explained to a cashier that I did not have time to go in fitting room, so I had asked him about the return policy. He told me as long as items are unworn, with tags on and an original receipt, I will able to return or exchange until Apr 14. I had paid $61.56 in total (all items at regular prices). I came back today in order to return 1 of the items I had purchased, but a cashier told me that the item was unable to return because it was a bodysuit. Then, I talked to the store manager and her name was Christina. She refused to do an exchange or store credit and even not apologized for what her employee had not clearly told me that Bodysuits are Final Sale. All I want to say is that “ very bad customer services”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection for mens clothes is quite limited in regards to sizes. They have a ton of Small and Medium however Large was out of stock for many items. It was my first time at this location, so it could be due to the holiday season which is understandable. However the customer service was good and no complaints on that end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothing is about 1 year behind USA. Everything is cheaply made and the price tag for what you get is expensive. Store is clean and stocked, no employees on the floor, very young employees at the dressing room with no experience of how to associate with adults. Needs better management and adult staff. 2 stars
